Stef's POV

"Just eat the damn grilled cheese sandwich Stef! It's not that hard!" Dom growls.

We've been sitting here, at the pack house for almost and hour. He's supposed to be working but instead he's here in the kitchen arguing with me about my eating habits. And the arguments have gone from bad to worse.

"I don't wanna eat the grilled cheese sandwich Dom! What are you gonna do force me to eat it? Please stop being a shithead for one second." I whisper yell sliding the sandwich back across the island.

"If I have to force you I will. And don't cuss." He slides the plate back towards me.

So he can cuss and I can't? Since when? I've heard him cuss a million times since we've been together.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit, dick."

I threw dick in just to piss him off. His eyes widen and his mouth falls open.

"Stefanie Amber Moore. So help me god. I'm trying not to take after my father but for fucks sake stop acting like a child and show your alpha some god damn respect!" He yells slamming his hand on the island.

I almost gasp at his words but I instead I try to hold no emotion and leave the kitchen.

'Show my alpha some god damn respect.' The words play through my mind over and over as I make my way to the backyard where most of the pack is training.

Do I not show him respect? I don't even know what to think about the words.

He's only trying to help you. My wolf murmurs.

"She's right you know." A voice startles me. I turn around to find zek grinning at me.

Why the hell is he here?

"Who's right?"

"Your wolf. She's right about Dom. He's only trying to help you. Even if that means acting like an royal jerk. Like his father." Zek says walking past me.

How does he know what Michelle said?

"Wait how did you know she said that and what do you mean like his father?"

Scott is no where near a royal jerk.

He turns around and smiles at me then nods for me to follow him. Do I trust him? No, but I kinda wanna know more.

Dom's POV

"I heard you two fighting." My dad says walking into the kitchen. He sits next to at the island.

"Did anyone else hear?" I asks rubbing my eyes.

"No. Everyone else is outback, in combat training."

I just nod.

"Do you need more expert advice?" He laughs. I grin and laugh with him.

"I need something. One day she looks in the mirror and decides that she doesn't like what she see's. I've told over and over how much and why I love her figure but it's like she doesn't believe me. So she's forcing herself not to eat. That's why we were fighting."

"Well this is simple. Just show her. Show her that you love every inch of her. Dress her up, take her out to dinner, sweet talk her, make her feel confident in herself." He explains.

"And as for respect. She's just like your mother. She has that fire inside of her that demands that respect is earned and not given. She will try and fight you in some cases, not all women will just lie down and do as you say."

Haven't I earned her respect?

"Thanks dad." I say and pat his shoulder.

He nods and stands to leave.

"Oh and son, one more thing. You were right. You and I, we were born to be dominant. In my case my dominance hurt the ones that love. Sometimes for the better other times for the worse. Don't be like me. Don't make the same mistakes as I did. You'll end up spending the rest of your life making up for it."

He finishes and walks away. And I reflect on a time knowing exactly what mistakes he's talking about.

Stef's POV

Dom walks into our bedroom with the saddest puppy dog face.

"I know you're probably upset but I just want to apologize for being a dick today. I know I said something's and lost my temper. I wasn't trying to hurt you." He apologizes slowly climbing on to the bed and laying next to me.

"I'm not upset. You were only trying to help me. I was just being stubborn. I am sorry i called you a shithead and said other bad words."

He smirks and kisses my neck.

"Apology acceptance sex?" He asks nipping at my sweet spot.

"One day alpha wright, one day."

"You sound like my dad." He cringes.

"Speaking of dads have you talked to your parents?"

"No." I say sadly.

"I think you should talk them pup." He says rubbing my tummy.

"I know but if I here her voice I feel like I'll just cry. I don't like to cry."

"Nobody likes to cry baby girl. But sometimes it's good for you." He fishes his phone out of his pocket and hands it to me. On the lock screen there is a picture of me that I don't even remember him taking. I'm in the backyard laying in the grass looking up at the sky. The picture makes me smile.

"Okay. I will talk to them." I unlock his phone and dial my parents house.

(The next morning)

Dom's POV

The door bell rings repeatedly waking both Stef and I up.

"You go back to sleep. I'm gonna go kill whoever is ringing that doorbell." I say sort of sarcastically.

I rub my heavy eyes and walk out of the room and downstairs to the door. The doorbell is still being rung.

"For fucks sake!"

I jerk open the door knob just to be blinded by the sun. I close and cover my eyes until they adjust.

Before me are two strangers. One female, one male. The female is short, with short red hair, brown eyes, and freckles. The male is a few inches shorter than me, with brown hair, and humongous green eyes.

I blink a few times to assure I'm awake.

"Are you Dom?" The  asks.

How the fuck, does she know my name.

"Yeah. Who are you?"

I glance over at the male. He's looking at my stomach. Or at least I think he is. I'm only wearing boxers. I cross my arms over my chest.

The male murmurs something. I think he said damn.

"I'm Sasha and this is Troye. We're friends of Stef." Says the red head.

I recall hearing about a Sasha but never a Troye. I look at the pair again. They don't look like they could cause any harm but of course ill be watching them.

"Come in."

I step back inviting in the strangers. Don't do this at home kids.

I close the door behind me then lead Sasha and Troye to the living room. If I'm rude Stef will kill me but if something happens to Stef I will kill them. Then myself most likely.

"Do either of you know the time?" I ask rubbing my eyes again.

Troye sits on the couch and looks at his phone. "Almost one in the afternoon." Immediately I notice his accent. He's Australian. I still don't care for him.

"So is Stef around or?"

Sasha asks looking around.

"Um yeah. Let me go get her." My mind starts going haywire.

Don't just leave those strangers sitting in your living room! Jay yells.

I have no other choice really. I leave the living room a rush upstairs.

Once I'm in the room I don't hesitate.

"Stef. Pup. Wake up. Who are Sasha and Troye?"

She stirs in the bed.

"My friends." She mumbles.

"They're your friends. So I don't have to kill them?"

She shoots up.

"Kill them! Why would you kill my best fiends?" She asks scratching her head.

"Because they're right downstairs and I don't know who the fuck they are."

"Why?" She rubs her eyes.

"No idea. Come on."

I grab her legs and pull her out of the bed.

"Can I at least put pants on!" She laughs.

I look at her appearance then decide against pants.

"No time. I left strangers in our living room."

I toss her over my shoulder and carry her downstairs.

Sasha and Troye are still sitting in the living room.

"Hey guys. What are you doing here?" Stef says waving to them.

"We just came to check on you."

I sit Stef down on my lap on the couch opposite of them.

"Awe, I wish I would have known. I would have gotten up and put actual clothes on." She says wiggling closer to me.

"Don't worry about it. We just wanted to see you and meet Dom."

The room falls silent. Awkward silence.

"So Dom. What do you do?" Sasha ask crossing her arms.

I'm getting a bad vibe from Sasha.

"I play soccer." I smirk at Stef. She smiles back and rests a hand on my chest where I got the tattoo.

"That's nice. How much money do you make a year?"

"Sasha." Stef mutters.

We both know what Sasha is doing.

"Close to 2 million."

Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy. Even Stef.

I honestly make roughly 2M a year running this pack. It hasn't been a year yet but money starts to add up.

"You make all that money just playing soccer?" Troye asks.

I nod.

"Is anyone else thirsty?" Stef asks getting up from my lap.

Troye asks for a water. Stef pads her little feet out of the living room.

"Listen. I know she's crazy in love with you but, I just want you to know that I wont hesitate to ruin your life if you hurt her." Sasha whispers out of nowhere.

"I would never intentionally hurt her. I love her too much."

"Well I know her not you." She bites.

She has no clue who I am but has the nerve to sit in my house and threaten me.

"I don't need you to know me. All I care about is the girl in the other room. When it comes to anything she's all I ever care about." I bark back.

Sasha looks at Troye then me and smiles.

"Alright then."

"Here's your water troye." Stef says reentering the room.

"Sorry to cut this short but I have a meeting to get ready for." I send a polite wave to Sasha and Troye then leave a passionate kiss on Stef's lips. Making her face burn.

"When will you be back?"

"Very soon but tonight, you and I are going out." I kiss her lips one more time before leaving.
