"Taehyung?!"  Jimin was as shocked as the other boy was

"I-I'm sorry.. I didn't.. see you" Taehyung tried to put his ideas back together.

He never expected to meet him there.. or meet him at all.
And Tae wasn't the only one that had changed..
The way he was dressed was so different, it was obvious he was doing so much better..

He always thought of Jimin as the most beautiful thing in the world but..
His now golden hair made every feature of his face look even more perfect..
It was literally like staring at an angel

"I-It's okay.." he said, not being sure what to do "I didn't know you were back.."
-Really?- he thought -how would you even find out Jimin- he rolled his eyes at his own words

"I'm not, actually. I'm leaving again tomorrow"

"Oh.. I see"

"Jiminie!!" he turned his head when Sui called his name from inside the club

"Well I guess I should~" he said, trying to leave when he noticed something..
his hand was grabbing Taehyung's.. and Taehyung was holding onto his as well..

None of them was sure how or when that happened but, it was like they were unconsciously screaming for the other to stay

"Uh..." Taehyung looked up and met his eyes awkwardly, not letting go
"Would you.. like to get a drink.. maybe?"

"I.." he turned his head once more, Sui was staring at him, eyes wide opened and just gave him a thumbs up

"..sure"

They went into the same bar they had been before, and eventually the tension between them started disappearing while the drinks kept coming

"How's work going?" Tae asked him as they drank

"I actually quit not long after.. that happened. Somehow I got this job at a really good company and i've been doing great, I really love it"

"Really? I'm glad to heard that. So, i'm guessing you moved?" he asked remembering how he couldn't find him before

"Yeah.. I got a bigger place now" he laughed awkwardly and scratched his head

"I'm proud of you" Tae found himself holding himself back from patting Jimin's head as the words left his mouth

"So.. why are you here?"

"There was some stuff I needed to do. But there's nothing for me here anymore" he said and everything turned silent

"YOU KNOW~"
They both said at the same time

"You go"

"No, you go" Jimim chuckled

Taehyung wasn't sure if it was even worth to mention after all this time, but what's the worse that could happen?
"..I went to see you when you didn't return my texts or calls but, they told me you were already gone.."

"Your texts or calls?...." then he realized "My phone didn't work. Certain asshole smashed it to pieces.."

Taehyung just stared at him for a second
"Are you kidding me?!"

"Hahaha.." Jimin laughed awkwardly once again "No.."

"Okay now I feel stupid.."

"You feel stupid?" Jimin's expression changed completely and his eyes looked sad at every word he was now saying
"I waited for you to call me or text me every single day.. my stupid brain wouldn't remember the phone number issue. And when I tried to find you.. you were also gone" Jimin lowered his head and took a really big sip on his drink "Not even a social media profile.."

"Yeah, I... kinda wanted to disappear" Taehyung's could only stare at Jimin's upset face

"That you did"

"....Ji~"

"Is my fault though" he laughed, interrupting Tae's words, who slowly moved his hand and touched Jimin's

But Jimin quickly pulled back
"You know what, this was probably a bad idea. I'm just gonna go"
he stood from his chair looking down at Taehyung
"Good luck" and walked out. But it wasn't long before Tae started chasing after him

"Jimin, wait!"

Jimin decided to ignore him as he used his phone to get an uber to get there asap, but Taehyung claimed his attention when he pulled his arm and made him turn, facing him

"Why did you leave?"

"Why did I leave?!
Why did YOU leave?!" Jimin was obviously angry, he shouted at Taehyung hoping that'd make him back off

"That's not what I meant"

"I know what you meant! But I~"

Jimin's was cut off when Taehyung's phone started ringing

He pulled it out as fast as he could and declined it, but when he looked up Jimin had already started walking away

"Ji~" a loud thunder and a few drops of water were the only warning.. second later it was already pouring

Taehyung ran towards Jimin, grabbed his hand and pulled him along
"Come!"
Jimin didn't want to, but getting soaked at that hour didn't sound too appealing so he went along with it

They finally reached Taehyung's car and got inside, once more.. on the backseat

"Ugh" Jimin complained, water dripping off his clothes and hair, his golden bangs sticking to his forehead
"This is way too familiar, rain does hate me" he said and looked at Taehyung, who bursted lut laughing
"Hey stop laughing at my pain" he scolded him "no uber is gonna give me a ride like this" he sighed and leaned his head back, letting it rest on the back of the seat

"I can drive you"

"No thanks"

"Ouch" he put a hand over his chest as if it really hurt "he still thinks i'm a creep" he said making Jimin chuckle.. followed by silence taking over

"I never wanted to leave, Jimin"

"I know.."

"I'm really sorry about what happened. I know I acted wrong and~"

"I'm sorry too, Taehyung" anger was certainly not taking them anywhere, and maybe saying all he needed to say would give him closure
"I didn't want you to leave, not that night.. not ever"

Tae didn't expect to hear that.
He took a deep breath and finally let his words come out
"Did you mean what you said that day..?"

"I said a lot of things"

"You said you loved me"

Jimin didn't think it twice before answering to that
"I did..
I loved you Tae"

That response didn't make Tae feel better at all. He lowered his head trying to escape Jimin's gaze when a cold hand gently lifting his chin made him look up again. Only to find Jimin's face inches from his..
