A/N: Sorry for being late on the update again. I might just start posting around 3:30 PM instead. Or maybe whenever I get around to it. I'll figure it out. Enjoy!(Art credit goes to LeoKatana)

(Y/n)'s POV

You locked your phone and left Mariella's room to prepare yourself for one hell of a night. The pizza arrived not too long before Hank showed up in your driveway. There was a rough knock on the front door that you could tell was him. Lo and behold, there stood Hank and Connor. "Let us in, (Y/n). It's fucking freezing out here!" Hank shivered. "Why the hell do you live somewhere colder than the city!?" The night sky only made it colder.

"Cause I like to be secluded by myself... Actually, scratch that, I'm not by myself. Mariella! We have guests!" You shouted down the hall.

"You have a daughter!? You never told me that!!" Hank exclaimed.

"Noooo. Mariella is my-" She interrupted you.

"Her android. It's a pleasure to meet you, Lieutenant Anderson." She greeted.

"Oh, so Mariella is your android? I thought you had said she was your best friend." Connor said with confusion while tilting it's head slightly to the side.

"She may be an android, but she's still my best friend." You looked over your shoulder and smiled at her. Mariella returned the same look.

"I apologize for my rude behavior. My name is Connor. I am the android sent by-"

"We don't need to hear your whole spiel again. It knows your name. That's enough." Hank cut Connor off before he could finish.

"Take a seat! I bought some pizza. Just the way you like it, Hank." You smirked over at him as he found his way over to the couches near the fireplace and TV; Connor as well. You brought the box over and placed it on the coffee table. Finding your way to the armchair you got comfortable. "Well, Connor?" You settled in. The android looked over at you confused. "You were the one who wanted to get to know us. Ask us anything you want." You insisted.

"Uh, wait a minute. I never agree to this!" Hank complained.

"You did when you stepped through the door. Now ask away, Connor." You laughed.

Connor popped out questions left and right, but only you were answering. Hank went over to the fridge and grabbed a nice cold beer. "Hey! Where's mine?" You pouted. "You can go get it yourself." He playfully joked as he sat back down while opening the bottle. "Fine. God, this is too much exercise." You joked back.

***

Two hours went by quickly, and Hank passed out in the same spot he had been sitting in. God, that man can be insufferable. You grabbed the empty pizza box and went to throw it into the recycling bin. As soon as you opened the door you saw tiny snow flurries fall from the sky. Called it. You hurried to get back inside where the nice fire was.

When you got back, Connor was waiting for you at the door. "I just got a heavy snowfall warning. Hank and I might have to stay if that's okay with you?" Connor asked.

"Absoultely! I uh, only have one other room available." You cringed because you knew Hank wouldn't like the idea of sharing a room with an android.

"That is alright. I'm sure the Lieutenant will find it much more comfortable on a bed then a cramped couch." Connor said as it started to prepare itself to wake up the sleeping Hank.

"What about you?" You questioned with a hint of concern.

"I am an android, (Y/n) . I don't need a bed. I will be just fine resting in a chair if needed." Connor claimed.

You facepalmed yourself. "God damn it, I did it again. I'm sorry. I have a tendency to think of your kind to be more human." You admitted.

"That is quite alright. If you'll excuse me, I am going to put the Lieutenant to bed. Then we can finish our conversation. Is that okay?" Connor inquired.

You nod and went into the kitchen to grab another beer. Already down to the second to last one? Damn you, Hank. Out of nowhere, you heard a loud slap come from the living room. You ran into the room to see Mariella standing there worried and Hank groaning. "What the hell happened?" You demanded an explanation.

"Thiisss fuckeer jusst sslapped me!" Hank slurred.

"I only did so because I suspected a possible ethylic coma. Luckily, that isn't the case. Come on, Lieutenant. (Y/n) is allowing us to stay over until the snow storm passes." Connor held the limp Hank with one arm draped around it's neck.

"Puutt me downn! I caan walkkk mysellf." Hank tried to punch Connor but failed miserably.

"Let me help you, Connor." You laughed at Hank's drunk state. Mariella also helped by opening the door and getting him comfortable and ready for bed. Once he stopped fighting all of you he went to sleep. A sigh escaped your lips and you escorted the two androids out of the room. "Thank's for the help, Mariella."

"It was no problem. If you need me, I'll be in my room finishing my report." She said sauntering over to her bedroom.

You acknowledged her and pulled Connor out of the hallway. "Hey, Connor? Can we talk on the terrace? The heat is really getting to me." You fanned yourself. You were used to the cold and often didn't spend enough time in the heat. "Whichever suits you best, (Y/n)." Connor agreed.

You smiled at it's response and showed the way to the terrace. Even though it was outside, it still had the same cozy feeling your house did. There were fake potted plants hanging from the roof. Along with some fairy lights and a wooden swing. In front of the swing was a couch with a fleece blanket and a small side table. "I like to come out here when I need to clear my thoughts from the day." You claimed as you took a gulp from your beer.

"May I say, it seems very comfy. I understand why you like it." Connor examined the small area.

"So, you wanted to continue to talk?" You questioned.

"Yes, even though we have been talking for two hours I still feel I don't know much about you." It frowned at it's uncertainty.

"Humans are quite complex. There is so much you could learn from someone even if you did talk to them for a long period of time. That's what makes a human, well, human." You explained.

"I didn't think of it that way. You are incredibly shrewd!" Connor said surprised.

"Nah, I'm just a tad tipsy from all the drinks." You giggle. "But seriously, my dad taught me everything I know."

"Is your relationship with him strong?" Connor asked.

You paused. "It was." was all you managed to get out. You took another big gulp from the bottle.

"Was? What do you mean by that?" Connor asked much more intrigued.

"He... passed away two years ago." You avoided eye contact.

"I can see you are uncomfortable by the topic. I'll move onto a different subject. I'm sorry for upsetting you." Connor apologized. You insisted it was okay but he changed topics anyways. Which was probably for the best. "Earlier tonight, you called your android she. Why? RK200 models don't have specific genders."

"To me, she looks like she. That and... for personal reasons." You were vague discussing how you felt about Mariella and her being motherly. "Just like you look like a he. So I think of you as a he."

"But I am an it. My model also doesn't have a specified gender." Connor argued with you.

"At first, I believed you were an it as well, but now! You are not an it. You are more than an it. You are a he. Nothing you say will make me think otherwise." You fought back.

He stared back at you baffled by your statement. It was then that you realized how close you and Connor were standing his chocolate eyes bored into yours. You felt slight butterflies in the pit of your stomach. In hopes to drown them, you gulped down the rest of the bottle. You ended up coughing a bit because of the stinging sensation that the liquor left behind.

"(Y/n) you should take it easy on the drinking. You might end up like the Lieutenant." Connor suggested in concern.

"Eh, nah I'm good. I can hold my liquor pretty well. But u-uh, is there anything else you want to talk about?" You questioned backing away from him.

"Hm, also earlier today Lieutenant said you have a medical condition." He started.

"Yes, I... uh... went into the hospital in really bad shape. A collapsed lung, broken limbs, and I kind of gained a phobia from the incident." Again, you were obscure about the topic at hand. Connor started to look at you weirdly. "Why are you looking at me funny?" You blushed slightly.

"No reason. Let me ask about something that is less traumatic for once." He joked.

You laugh and nodded. "You know what? You only get three more questions. Then I get to ask you a few questions." You flashed your teeth calming from your laughter.

"I can't promise I will give you the answers you are hoping for." Connor cringed at his own blandness.

"That's okay. As long as you do some of the answering." You reassured.

"If you say so." Connor shrugged. You held up three fingers and prepared to answer these last three questions. "What is your favorite song?" He started out simple.

"That's easy! (F/s) for sure. Two more questions." You nodded your head.

"Alright, if you were to have any dog you want what breed would you get?" He started to think of harder questions.

"Um, I guess a (F/d). You better make this last question count." You teased.

"Hm," Connor stood there thinking. You could tell he was thinking hard because his LED turned a tuscany yellow. "You know what, maybe we should just ignore the last question. I can't think of any quality questions." He tried to move on in an awkward tone.

"You're telling me that brain of your's can't think of any other questions? I call bullshit! But I'll let you 'think' while I go get another drink." You laughed feeling a bit light headed.

You left the android in the cold while you stepped into the warm house. You felt like you were ready to puke. The fireworks in your stomach didn't help you any. You went into the fridge and grabbed the last bottle from the pack and cracked it open. Taking a big swig from it you wandered over to the sliding doors out to the terrace. But before you could return to Connor your vision faded and you blacked out.

Connor's POV

(Y/n) was inside getting another drink while Connor debated to himself whether to ask his question. He didn't know what was happening to him in the first place. It is a hypothetical question anyway. It's not going to be that big of a deal.

His LED shifted to yellow as he kept mentally fighting with himself. Just then, the sound of the sliding doors caught his attention. "Thoughtt of anythiing?" She slurred.

"Yes, but I'm not sure if I should ask you something like this." He explained shyly.

"Iff I cann heaar properlly it souunds like you'rre timid." She began to wobble while she laughed.

ANALYZATION COMPLETE

Slurred dialogue, unsteadiness
Diagnosis: Heavily under the influence

"(Y/n), are you okay?" Connor asked worriedly.

"I'mm fiine. Ask me the damned question!" You laughed while practically trying to climb him.

"I really think you should sit down. You're not exactly sober." Connor analyzed.

"Here's ttthe deal. I'lll go to bedd after you asssk me this last qquestionn. Found fair?" She garbled.

"You promise?" He questioned. (Y/n) shook her head in agreement. "Fine. My finally question is... could you love an-" Connor was interrupted by a pair of lips colliding with his. Taken by shock he stood there paralyzed. An android...

SOFTWARE INSTABILITY

Connor couldn't process the feeling he was feeling in his thirium pumping heart. She pulled away roughly"Heh, you'rrre spinnin'." She giggled and collapsed in his arms.

"(Y/n)? (Y/n), can you hear me?" Connor called out concerned. She was unresponsive.

ANALYZATION COMPLETE

Heavy traces of liquor
Diagnosis: Unconscious

With his new knowledge of (Y/n)'s current state he picked her up bridal style and carried into the house. He walked down the hall and into her android's bedroom. "Mariella was it? I need your help." Connor asked.

"Oh my god, what happened?" Mariella interrogated.

"She drank multiple bottles of store bought beer and passed out drunk." Connor explained the situation. "May you show me to her room so I can put her to bed?"

"Sure thing. I will dress her appropriately as well so she only feels slightly uncomfortable in the morning." Mariella showed Connor up the stairs and to (Y/n)'s room. Once inside the huge room, he set her down on the bed. "I'll take it from here."

"Can I ask you something?" Connor inquired.

"Absolutely, what's the matter?" Mariella asked softly stroking (Y/n)'s face before getting up to look him in the face.

Connor was about to ask about the kiss when an invisible force stopped him from doing so. Instead, he asked, "How is it the two of you are so close? Almost like mother and daughter."

"I have been her android for five years now. When her father passed away, I was the only thing she had. So I guess you can say we grew closer since then." Mariella smiled to herself but then felt an upset feeling in the pit of her stomach. "She treasured Delton dearly. So when he passed she felt empty."

"Ah, I see. I will go check up on the Lieutenant. Have a good rest of your night." Connor dismissed himself. He walked back down the stairs and down the hall. Peering in the dark room, he analyzed the room. Seeing that the Lieutenant was still asleep he walked in. "Lieutenant, I know you don't like me very much but I need to share this with someone. I think... I think I'm defective. I am debating- no, I should turn myself into Cyberlife." Connor somberly thought aloud. When he opened his eyes, he saw the Lieutenant still fast asleep.

Not wanting to disturb him anymore, Connor turned to leave. All of a sudden he felt a hand grip on his wrist. "You're not goin' anywhere. You got that?" The groggy lieutenant demanded faintly with his eyes still shut.

"Y-Yes, Lieutenant." He sadly smiled. And just as fast as he woke up he was back to sleep. Connor quietly chuckled and escorted himself out of his room.

A/N: Heyo! this chapter seems a bit longer... at the same time not really. Huh, weird. I hope you enjoyed! Until next Monday... Chow ^_~
