It had taken the commanders a total of six hours to capture Grace. She had injured one of them in the process, but they managed to chain her down and get her in the back of one of their trucks that the pack specifically used for rogues and prisoners. I escorted as many pack members to their individual homes by myself. Taylor and Eleanor helped as well, along with the commanders. We had so many pack members that I needed as much help as I could get. I even spotted Theo escorting some families. I smiled when passing him. I was holding the hand of a four year boy and walking side by side with his mother who was widowed. Theo just nodded his head at me, and continued about his way, starring straight ahead. I can't say it didn't feel weird that he didn't seem happy to see me, but we were in a serious situation right now so I pushed how I personally felt to the back of my mind. A lot of members were shaken up about what happened today so as I walked them to there homes, some couples and some with children, I spent the entire time assuring them they were okay which they happily believed. I was grateful.

As I walked throughout the pack back towards Eleanor's it was completely dark out now. I couldn't help but think about Kingsley's and Kale's reaction to all of this, and what they would say when they got back. Surely they couldn't expect me to not want to take charge in some way now that they were gone. I remembered when we were back at home and Kingsley explained my position to me. He told me I would be his partner here. I would be in charge like him. The pack would be looking at me as their leader like they look at him, Which they did. They respected me. I could tell they had love for me. I felt like I did the right thing today, and I hoped they didn't expect me to call them crying for help as soon as something bad happened within the pack. I needed to prove to them, and myself that I was a woman, a woman a leader.

It was very dark out, so I couldn't make out the face of the guy standing on Eleanor's porch but as I got closer I saw it was Theo. "Theo!" My eyes widened and I began to jog. My excitement quickly dimmed down when I saw he wasn't smiling. I stepped on the bottom of the stairs and rested my hand on the railing. Theo stood on the porch straight faced with a brooding look to him. He looked so serious, so stoned faced. His arms were pulled behind his pack much like how George and Kale always stood.
"I came to tell you how well you handled yourself with the pack today. Many luna's wouldn't have taken the initiative to comfort their pack on their own the way that you did. Most just let the Alpha or his workers do it." Theo held his head up and spoke words that sounded like they were scripted. He went from being the nice, sad, and expressive friend toward me, to now a dark, robotic like soilder from the war or something.

"Thanks...Theo." My words were hesitant. I walked the steps, the thudding sound of my shoes were the only sounds after that. I stood in his face, seeing him up close and I saw him swallow before taking a step back from me. "What's wrong?" I pressed my lips together. He was acting so weird and I didn't like it.

"I respect Kingsley, I can't let the friendship that we had interfere with the duties Kingsley gave me. I have to keep watch over you, I'm also not aloud to touch you. That's disrespectful. That hug was disrespectful." He stated. His words came out rushed, like he wanted to hurry and say that to get it over with. I noticed that over his dark jeans he was wearing the same tan jacket that all of the commanders wear. It even had his name on it. Theo was an official commander in the pack, and I see he was taking his job a little too seriously.

"The friendship we had?" My eyes widened. "All of a sudden we are not friends? Listen I'm sorry about yesterday, Kingsley just got a little carried away but-."

"BUT NOTHING." Theo interjected. His eyes focused on mine. "Your mate was absolutely right on everything he did Ariel. I'm sorry" His face softened for a quick moment while seeing me frown. "But my work here and my respect for your mate and my alpha is above everything else." He was was back talking like a military man.

"So what happened just doesn't matter to you anymore?" I raised my hands. I couldn't believe this. We had an innocent and genuine friendship and a traumatic experience together that only he and I understood. I felt that bonded us as friends, that's how I felt. But to him, I guess it wasn't that way for him. "So you just say forget our bond huh?" I pointed at him. "Forget that I knew your brother too and that you no longer have no one?" I raised my voice but covered my mouth as soon as I realized what I said. Theo's eyebrows raised at me. His stoned face immediately softened again and the pain that his eyes held before returned. He was looking like the Theo I knew again.

"Theo I'm-." He brushed passed me. Walking very fast down Eleanor's steps and into the pack neighborhood. I watched ahead, starring at his form get farther and farther away.

"What was that about?" Eleanor walked up to the porch and stood beside me. She must had been walking toward the porch when Theo was walking away. "Nothing." I shrugged and cleared my throat. "We were just talking about today." I gave her a small smile and she nodded.

I looked toward the grass when I saw a few commanders roaming the area. "Hey Felix, can you tell the commanders guarding the pack house that I'll be staying at Eleanor's tonight."
Felix nodded. "Sure thing Luna."

Eleanor smiled and opened the door for us. "Good idea. We needed a sleep over."
"Yeah I know." I agreed and walked in behind her. I was happy to spend the night, but I didn't mention the real reason why I didn't want to go sleep at the pack house, which was because my mates were not there.

Taylor came in minutes after us. She was out helping this one older couple that she knew within the pack. She occasionally went there to help them around the house and walk their dog. She promised to personally introduce me to them soon since they were her favorite elderly couple in the pack. After showering and borrowing pajamas that Eleanor never wore, we all pilled into her bed and they were both fast asleep quickly after we all talked in the dark for about an hour. I stayed up longer then them. I had my mates and Theo on my mind. I hoped my mates were safe, and they missed me just as much as I did them. I also promised myself that I would apologize to Theo as soon as I could. If he didn't want to be friends because of his new position then I had to respect it. I also hoped he didn't hold a grudge, since I bought up the death of his brother.

When the next day rolled around I had breakfast with the girls and then quickly left. I went to search for George. Lucky for me I didn't have to look far, since he and Felix were the ones guarding Eleanor's house all night. "Goodmorning Luna." George smiled at me while Felix nodded his head. I walked down the stairs to them. "George can we talk?" I crossed my arms as he walked to my side. "Of course Luna." He smiled. The sun was up and shinning down on our faces. Many pack members who were heading to the lunch hall spoke to us as they passed.

"How's Grace doing?" I asked him. He nodded and smile at another pack member passed us and spoke to us. "Not so good Luna." When he looked at me frown lines appeared on his forehead. "She was very hungry and disoriented. It took a while for our serum that would sedate her to kick in because she was so inclined to escape again. She was fighting it the entire time." George sounded sad for my friend.
"One thing that was quiet odd though, is that she came back. Specifically here, the place where she was tied up." Curiosity laced George's voice. "Rouges in there wolf form are not human like at all, they do not have any conscious or care. So it does strike me As odd that she would intentionally return to the very place that she was locked up in. Any other rouge would probably be across the country by now, killing as much as they could."

"George." My eyes widened. We were now approaching the pack house but my strides were slowed as I looked at him. "Could this mean? Could this mean her human side is still there? Maybe the witches spell will actually work." The revelation that George had just revealed to me renewed all hope in my heart. George out a gentle hand on my shoulder.
"I don't want to give you false hope my dear Luna. I know you want your friend to have her life back. I don't know what's happening with her, but I do know that her behavior isn't familiar to me, and I've seen and captured thousands of rogues in my day." He nodded his head and left me that.

"Thank you George." I smiled and he excused himself. Other commanders who were standing nearby called him over after speaking to me from a far. I wanted to go tell Taylor and Eleanor what I just learned but I didn't want to give them false hope either. I guess I would just have to wait and see what happened. I wanted to call Kingsley and Kale but every time I tried calling the call would fail. I know they had to take a plane and a boat to see the witch so they probably didn't have service the entire time. I knew they would call as soon as they could though. I turned around, facing the pack house when I saw Theodore and another commander that looked around his age walking down the stairs, looking like they were having a heated conversation.

Theo was adjusting his tan jacket, folding his collar down and shaking his head at the guy he was with. The guy, who wore the same matching jacket was talking loudly with his hands and looking at Theo with a red face. They didn't even see me coming until I was right in front of them.

"Luna." The young guy cleared his throat. He had a buzz cut, blonde hair and brown eyes. "Excuse me for my bad words, I just had a horrible conversation with my girlfriend who belongs to Alpha Ashton's pack." He told me and I nodded with a smile.
"I understand, I hope you will be okay?" I tilted my head and looked from him to Theo. Theo kept staring at me. "I still be, thanks Luna. You are so kind my name is Ryke by the way." He extended his hand. "Nice to meet you Ryke." I smiled.
"It a pleasure to finally get to introduce myself to you, and I am honored to be apart of this pack, especially now that you are here. Side by side with Aloh Kingsley." His sincere words and smile warned my heart. "Wow that's so nice of you to say Ryke, thank you." He nodded and walked off, after looking at Theo and Theo gave him the eyes. I don't what that meant but Ryke left us.

"Luna." Theo breathed. Starring into my eyes. He stepped down from the stairs and stood in front of me. "If I could hug you right now, I would." He closed his mouth quickly and blinked. "I'm sorry," we both blurted out at the same time. We both smiled, he chuckled and I hugged my stomach.
"No I'm sorry." He patted his chest. "I was rude to you, I didn't handle any of yesterday the way I should have. We can be friends, I just don't want another shiner from alpha Kingsley, and I definitely don't want to disrespect him on Kale. Certainly not you either."

I nodded and looked at the house. Without another word, I went for the stairs and he followed. We had three commanders guarding the outskirts of the house and I guess Theo was suppose to guard the front entrances. Theo moved in front of me to open the door for me. Once we were inside the maids were just finishing up and exiting the house. I led Theo to the first living room, I stood in front of Eleanor's favorite window, and Theo stood in the walkway, with his arms stretched upward. He was as tall as the  door way, so tall that if he were a few inches taller he would probably hit his head on it.

"Why are you all the way over there?" I laughed and he smirked. Shaking his head, he slowly walked to ward me. He stood in front of me and we looked at each other. I inhaled, looked at his chest, walked forward and hugged his stomach. For a second he was frozen. He didn't move and I feel like he stopped breathing too. "It's okay Theo, my mates aren't here. Stop worrying." I mumbled into his chest. I felt his body slowly relax, and his arms fell around my body and his hands rested on my back. He dropped his face, so now his cheek was laying on the top of his head. I felt his entire body exhale, and then he started to rub my back. "I'm sorry Theo, I shouldn't have brought up Don. That was really messed up of me." I told him in a low tone. I stared out the window at our reflection. His eyes were closed, but he kept rubbing my back. "No im sorry." He said. "You were right about everything you said to me Ariel. I have no one but you now. Your the only one who understands." He exhaled again and lifted his head. I looked up to see his he dropped his head backwards and licked up lips. He was squeezing his eyes closed so I started to get worried.

"Theo? Theo what's wrong?" He started to hold his head so I began back away a little. "I don't know." He opened his eyes. "Something feels weird, somethings not right."

A gargled growl coming outside made my heart steer to pound. Theo's head snapped to the door where we thought came from. I yelped as he quickly grabbed me by the waist, holding me as if I weighed nothing and jogged the stairs. He jogged down the hall all the way to one of the guest rooms and once we were inside he didn't put me on my feet until he locked the door. "What's going on? What's happening?" I asked Theo as he walked fast over to the only window that was in the room. He opened it and looked down. "Felix! What the hell is going on?" I jogged up behind Theo, to see Felix on the ground, struggling to look up. I saw that the sky was getting dark, and the moon replaced the sun, it was red, very very red. "THE BLOOD MOON! ITS HERE! LOCK ARIEL UP AND LEAVE THE ROOM THEODORE!" Felix began growling in agony as his body jerked and shook. With wide eyes I saw him immediately transform. Where was once a human, now stood a large brown wolf, growling and barring its teeth.

"Ariel." My attention was so focused on Felix that i didn't notice Theo was now standing behind me. I swallowed when I turned and looked at him. He had taken his jacket off, and his eyes were getting darker by the second. My chest began rising and falling and my palms were getting sweaty. Theodore's once cute face and friendly personality started to attract me. I bit my lip and he stepped closer. "I can't bring myself to leave, and my skin Ariel." He breathed and looked at his arms. It's burning , I'm in pain." A strangled look took over his face. I immediately stepped forward. My hands found three way to his arms and a satisfied sigh left his lips as I rubbed his arms, slowly with my hands. We stood in silence as I touched him, starring into eachother eyes. His chest started to heave in and out like mine again.

"It's coming back Ariel." He whispered. "The pain, this isn't enough." He lifted me by my waist and picked me up. My legs locked him in, helping him hold me up. His hands slid up my pajama shirt and his lust filled eyes bore mine. "Ariel I need you, I need you now." He whispered. I leaned in and let him take my lips. Alarmingly, we kissed. Hard and fast. He walked us over to the bed and that's when it hit me the hardest. Theo's eyes were completely black so I was guessing he was feeling what I felt. I pulled at my shirt and then shorts, he quickly got naked, and my eyes hungrily eyed his body as his did the same to me. We only barely disconnected our bodies to removed our clothes. We were now pressed against eachother again. Kissing and rubbing all over eachother. I held neck and felt all through his soft hair. He grabbed and smacked my bottom, making me moan his name over and over. He liked it rough and I loved it. He led his tongue into my mouth over and over while rubbing every so lightly between my legs. "Theo! Oh my, Theo!" I moaned. "Yes Ariel, your so beautiful baby." He looked into my eyes while messaging my wetness.

Just like everything else, our rubbing and kissing began to not be enough, and he was straddling me again. He pushed me back against the bed on my back and I pulled him hard, over top of me. We started making out again while I felt him rubbing himself again my slick walls. "Oh Theo! Oh my go-

My words were cut short as he pushed himself inside of me. I didn't feel anyway pain, only intense, fired pleasure. "Oh shit." He whispered and closed his eyes for a second. When he reopened them, his pitch black eyes stared down at me. He pulled back and then tried entering me again since the first time he only got it in a little bit because this was my first time. He bit his lip and we both groaned as he worked his way inside, I felt him pushing himself deeper so I locked him in, squeezing my legs around his waist and crossing my ankles together so he couldn't go anywhere. He groaned more, but this time into my mouth as he started to make out again. "You feel." He mumbled and groaned again. I closed my eyes and Re opened them. Lust overtook the both of us, the only mission we had was pleasure and we were achieving it. Theo kissing and move inside of me so hard and so passionately that all I could do was move my hips with him and moan out his name. I loved the way he kissed me, the way he looked at me, and the sneaky grin that fell on his lips when we looked inside each other's eyes. Theo suddenly pulled out of me and I a frowned. I began to whimper but he kept his hands on me and he to dip down and kiss me. "Turn around." He demanded. I turned to lay flat on my stomach across the bed. I started to whimper again because he wasn't inside of me. Then suddenly his entire body was laid flat on top of me. He let his face lay in the crook my neck and we both groaned out together so loudly when he re- entered me while laying on top of me. What completed our new position was when he laced his hands with mine, holding both of our hands faced down into the bed, I was in pure ecstasy. "Your so good Theo, I can't b-Believe how good you feel." I moaned and at my words he nibbled onto my neck, bitting down a little bit. "Your MINE baby, all fucking mine I'm going to have you all night and for the rest of your life." He groaned fiercely into my ear. "MINE MINE MINE." He growled, I heard his wolf coming through, a low growl echoed behind his words as he moved faster inside of me, making me scream out. "I'm yours Theo! Forever and ever!"

"I know." He kissed my neck and continued to groan.
