(Song: Lovely by Billie Eilish)
I can't believe Kimmy would go this far. "Please, Kimmy delete it. Please," I beg not wanting anyone to see my cuts.

"Oh, Ellie, I'm not going to show anyone," she says with a smile. I let out a breath, relieved. "Well, for now. The minute you do something bad. I'll show everyone, you got it?" She says cynically.

"Okay," I whisper and go back to my locker. When Kimmy turns her back to her friends, I quickly slide my shorts off and put my jeans back on. I slam my locker shut and walk out. I am angry, but I'm not going to tell anyone what happened; knowing Kimmy, that would only make it worse.

I meet Kyle in the gym after for the last couple minutes of gym class. "Hey, is everything okay?" He asks, looking concerned.

"Yeah, why?" I ask.

"You look a little flustered. Let me know if anything's wrong. Okay?" He says taking my hand and rubbing small circles on my palm with his thumb.

"I will. I'm probably just a little exhausted from gym," I lie to him. There is no way I can tell Kyle about Kimmy. He shouldn't worry about me. It was cute that he noticed my flustered state, though.

The bell rings and Kyle and I walk to biology. When we get there he hugs me goodbye and leaves to go to his class.

"Hey, Evan," I say, putting my books on my desk and sitting down.

"Hey, How are you?" He asks.

Terrible. "I'm alright. How about yourself?" I respond.

"I'm okay," he says. Our teacher hands out a packet and tells us to complete what we don't complete for homework. I swear, the only thing we do in school is packets, packets, and more packets.

Evan and I talk about random things most of the period until there's about five minutes left. Evan goes to the bathroom and Kimmy walks over to me with a boy following behind her.

"Hey, slut. Meet my boyfriend," she says, bringing forward the boy with short, blond hair.

"Hey there. Ellie, right? I'm Dan," The boy asks. I immediately freeze. This can't be happening.

No.

I must be going insane. "I, um, y-yes. I'm Ellie," I say quietly.

"What's wrong, darling?" He says with a smirk. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the boy who raped me. "You looked really nice in gym class today. Those short shorts are attractive," he says, his eyes moving down my body.

"No. Nothing is wrong," I say, even quieter than before.

"Darling, we both know what happened. That day in the park. One of the best days of my life. Now, we're gonna keep that between the two of us aren't we? Because my girlfriend here told me that she has some pictures of you that show your ugly body covered in those ugly scars," He whispers while placing his two hands on my desk.

I nod my hand slowly.

"Great. I hope I can meet you again someday. We can have even more fun," he says. "I won't pull out next time." He laughs and Kimmy joins him. How could Kimmy be okay with her boyfriend doing this? The bell rings and they walk away.

Evan still isn't back, but we were just going to lunch, so he won't be late anywhere. I feel kind of sick after hearing Kimmy's boyfriend speak, so I decide to go to the bathroom instead of the cafeteria. Hopefully everyone would understand.

When I walk into the bathroom I go straight for a stall and begin to cry. Kimmy has no reason to hate me, and neither does Dan. The worst part is that I can't even tell Harry because then he'd see the pictures with my scars and he doesn't know I self harm. I can't tell anyone.

I stand in the stall fidgeting with my hand until I feel a vibration in my back pocket.

'Babe? Where are you?' From Kyle.

I decide to lie to him. 'In bio. My teacher wanted me to redo something ๐Ÿ™„. See you in guitar.'

'Ok. See ya โค๏ธ,' he replies.

I smile and wipe the tears from my eyes. Kyle is so sweet to me and all I do is lie in return. For the rest of lunch, I spend my time fixing my makeup with the camera of my phone. I knew I shouldn't have worn mascara. I'm probably the worst girlfriend out there.

And daughter.

And friend.

The bell rings and I walk out of the stall, fixing myself up for one last time in the bathroom mirrors before stepping into the crowded hallways.

I walk in my history class and go to my desk next to Ryan's. He was already sitting down. "Hey, How was bio?" He asks with a small smile. "I hear bio redos are hell."

"Oh, yeah. It was pretty bad," I chuckle. "But at least I got it done."

"That's good. We missed you at lunch," he says. I smile as a reply.

I sit down and the teacher begins talking soon after. We are supposed to be taking notes, but I'm too distracted thinking about Dan to pay attention.

The class was really boring, especially since I couldn't even talk to Ryan. It was just notes after notes. When the bell rings I say goodbye to Ryan and walk to guitar.

My friends are all there already. I grab my assigned guitar and sit down by them in our usual circle. "Hey," I say.

"Hey, sweetie. Was biology all good?" Kyle asks. I nod my head. I didn't really feel like talking to anyone right now.

"You good, Ellie?" Rachel asks. I think they could all tell I am a little upset. I nod my head again, giving them a small smile.

"Hey, come here," Kyle says taking my hand. He looks quite concerned. He brings me away from everyone else and looks me in the eyes. "What's going on? You can tell me," he says.

"Kyle, I-I'm just tired," I whisper, finally looking him the eyes.

"Don't tell me that. I know somethings up. I want to help you, babe," he tells me while squeezing my hands.

"I just am upset that Harry's still kind of mad at me. I want things to go back to normal," I say, lying straight through my teeth.

"Babe... you know Harry's never going to stop loving you. He just wants to make sure you're safe. Just because he's mad a little right now, doesn't mean he will be like this for the rest of your life. Just give it a few days; I promise he'll return to normal. I think it's just how parents act sometimes, okay?" He tells me.

I nod my head. "Okay. Thank you, Kyle. You always know what to say," I say, giving him a small hug.

He hugs back and then we head on over to our friends again. We play guitar and talk for the rest of class. I didn't add much to the conversation, but thankfully no one pressured me to.
