I got back up to my room at midnight, and finally changed out of my White House dress into gym shorts and a black tank top, I collapsed on my bed, buried myself under the giant hotel blankets and fell asleep.

I woke up naturally, to light pouring into my room from the window opposite my bed, I sat up and pushed myself up in bed. I grabbed my phone from the bedside table and burst out laughing. The lock screen was a picture of Anthony, Lac, Lin, Jazzy, Thayne and Daveed, all squished together, the picture was blurry, and adorable. Lac took it, and Anthony and Jazzy were kissing, with Lin pointing excitedly towards the 2 of them. It was the best, the probably don't remember taking it, which is why I'm keeping it as my lock screen.

Anyways, after looking long and hard at my lock screen, I remembered that I turned my phone on to check the time, 9:28. Ah! I love sleeping in. Although, I was supposed to get in the bus in about a half hour. I got up, got dressed in a Wicked t-shirt and jeans, straightened my hair, and strapped on the giant black boot onto my left foot.

I put everything I brought with me into a backpack which I swung on, then got up and crutched my way down to the elevator. I rode the elevator down to the first floor, where everyone was supposed to meet at 10:00 to get in the bus. There were a couple of people sitting in the lobby, so I went and joined them. It was Carleigh, Jon, Thayne and Austin.

"I kind of wish we weren't doing it today." Jon said, as I walked over.

"Doing what?" I asked sitting down next to Austin on a couch.

"Oh, there's a new ensemble member!" Thayne filled me in, "we're meeting her at 4:00 today, she's pretty young too."

"How young?" I asked.

"Well, she's 22." Carleigh started, but Austin finished.

"And she's supposed to be really good, she's been learning the choreo with Andy, but now that she's been cast we need to run everything with her."

"Oh, so, after you get back, you have a rehearsal." I said, piecing it all together.

"Bingo. And I don't know about you guys, but I am wiped out. I have a splitting headache, why?" Thayne said.

"Oh I know why." I smiled to myself.

"You do?! Why?" He asked.

"Yeah, I have one too! Did something happen?"  Jon asked.

"Oh, yeah, you all got seriously wasted last night." I informed them laughing.

"Wait really?" Thayne asked, "I mean, I know we were drinking, but seriously?"

"Yeah! You wanna see?" I asked, pulling out my phone, showing them my new and improved lock screen.

"OH MY GOSH!!" Jon yelled.

"Holy crap Jon, why the yelling?" Austin semi-whispered.

"No, Austin, look at her phone!" Jon said grabbing my phone and handing it to Austin.

"Oh! Lin is gonna kill you! Are you keeping it?" He asked, referring to Lin's hair in the picture, which was half covering his face, and a mess.

"Of course I am. I love it!" I said, taking my phone back.

"Anyone else fell like they climbed out of the depths of hell?" Lin walked over to our little circle.

"Me!" Carleigh said, raising her hand.

"Yep, scoot over." Lin pushed me closer to Austin, and sat next to me on the couch. "Why don't you look like you climbed out of the depths of hell?" He asked me, referring to my neatly straightened hair and accurately worn clothing.

"'Cause I'm not hungover." I said I said, patting his shoulder.

"I didn't drink that much last night!"

"Really?" I asked, once again pulling out my phone and showing him the lock screen.

"Oh crap. I guess I did." He laughed a little then handed my phone back to me, "we should probably get going, we have to meet Lexi at 4:00." He got up from the couch.

"Is Lexi the new dancer?" I asked.

"Yeah, you'll love her!"

"Ok." I got up from the couch as well.

"HEY!" Lin yelled, "GET ON THE BUS!"

"SHUT YOUR FACE!" Oak yelled back walking out to the bus.

"Guys, please, why the yelling?" Sasha asked, walking out with Oak. I laughed a little and followed them out, taking my seat on the bus.

"Ok." Lin semi-whispered, "everyone has a splitting headache, besides the perfect cinnamon rolls Pippa and Abigail, so, everyone, for the love of all that is holy, please, shut your face holes." With that spurring announcement, he sat down and the bus began moving. A lot of people slept on the way home, not including yours truly, I did homework, read, tweeted sleeping pics of like half the cast that they would all kill me over sometime in the very near future, I texted, watched TV, looked out the window and thought, but I did not sleep. Occasionally someone would wake up, talk with me for a couple minutes, then go back to sleep, but for the most part, I was alone.

The bus pulled up in front of the theater, which was where everyone parked on Sunday, or where they were supposed to be picked up at. Some people woke up with the gradual stopping of the bus, others had to be gently shaken, a couple had to be yelled at, and we had to dump water on Thayne, like seriously, he did not want to get up.

The ensemble all had to stay, they were supposed to run dances with Lexi in a half hour, but the lead cast all went home, Lin stayed due to him being on the creative team, and therefore so did I, Vanessa was at work so she couldn't pick me up.

I was sitting in the auditorium whist everyone else was changing into dance clothes.

"Hello? Lin-Manuel Miranda?" a voice asked from the back of the house.

"Nope!" I said, standing up, "I'm Abigail!" I greeted who I assumed was Lexi, she was wearing black leggings with a black t-shirt and had a red flannel tied around her waist, she had short black hair, and was very pretty.

"Oh! Hi! I've heard so much about you! I'm Lexi, I'm new ensemble, I'm here for a rehearsal with the ensemble, just to get a feel for it, before tomorrow night." She introduced herself.

"Yeah! They're changing," I said motioning to the backstage, "they should be out soon. It's great to meet you!" I said, smiling.

"AHA!" Lin yelled, coming onstage, "She is here!" he jumped off of the stage and ran over to the two of us. "Hi! Thank you so much for being here! I see you've met Abigail, show mascot."

"Wait what?" I asked, thoroughly confused.

"shhh," Lin covered my mouth with his hand, not taking his attention away from Lexi, "just go with it." I shrugged a little, I gave up trying to understand these people a while ago. "Anyways, the cast should be out like, now, but, we kind of just want to run everything, make sure it goes well with our ensemble, just so we're good for tomorrow! I mean, 2 show Wednesday!"

"Yeah, I mean, I'm starting out on a good day!" Lexi laughed.

"Yeah, you'll get to see who we really are right off the bat." Lin responded, "hang on, I'm gonna go and yell at everyone to get their butts out here so we can rehearse." he ran back to the stage, and climbed on it. "HEY! YO! ALL Y'ALL BETTER BE OUT HERE IN 10 SECONDS! OR..." There was a loud clanging noise, "I'm fine." We heard Lin say, I don't know, what he tripped over, but he certainly tripped over something.

"Is it always like this?" Lexi asked.

"Pretty much, I mean, yeah, every day. They may be crazy, but you gotta love 'em." I laughed a little.

"Yeah, they're crazy talented too." Lexi added.

"That's true, you may want to cut them some slack today though. I mean, they were all seriously hungover this morning."

"Wait, really?" Lexi asked.

"Yep," I pulled out my phone again, to show her the lock screen. "Lac changed my lockscreen last night."

"OH MY GOSH!" She yelled, "That's hysterical!"

Eventually, the ensemble made it out, and I sat and watched the rehearsal, I liked Lexi, I think we were going to be good friends.

SORRY ITS LATE! DISCLAIMER! LEXI IS NOT AN ACTUAL ENSEMBLE MEMBER!
