Monday's are always peaceful, but Monday's are also very quiet. This was my last Monday here at the Richard Rodgers, the hearing was next Monday and then I would move into Lin and Vanessa's apartment.

Lin was still driving me to school so he pulled up at about 8:45.

"Morning! Happy day off." I greeted him getting into the car.

"Yes. It is morning. I noticed." Ok, Lin was tired, but hey, he doesn't have to drive me, that's his choice.

"You can take a nap today." I noted, as he drove toward my school.

"You're very right, if Sebastian is willing to take a nap, I can also take a nap."

"Good point."

"I swear children do not sleep."

"I'm sorry, I guess it's just part of life."

"Yeah, when you move in you'll get to help force him to sleep, so enjoy that." Lin pointed out, that was weird to think about.

"Ok." I said laughing, as he pulled into my school, both of us got out, and he helped me up the steps. "Thanks." I said, when he opened the door for me.

"Where are you going? Boyfriend or Spanish class?" He asked as we entered the school.

"Boyfriend." I replied

"Fantastic." He walked me over to William, then gave me a hug goodbye.  "See you after school."

"Bye! Thanks for dropping me off!" I called to him.

"You're welcome!" He responded, not looking back.

"Bye sir!" William

"Eh!" Was Lins response

"Do you think he likes me?" William was obviously kind of nervous.

"Yeah! Of course, I mean he's never said anything against you, so I'd say he likes you."

"Ok, I want to be on good terms with him so..." William started walking me toward Spanish, so he wouldn't be late for his first period.

"Don't worry you are, anyways, would you be up for coming over after school tonight?" I asked as we arrived at the door to my classroom.

"Sure! Any specific reason?"

"I have some news." I smiled a little.

"Alright." He looked confused, "I'll be there at 4:30."

"Awesome! Thanks for walking me to class!"

"You're welcome, see you next period!" He put his hands on my shoulders and kissed my forehead, I guess that was a thing with him. He ran off to his first period and I crutched into mine.

"Morning!" Josie was already in class.

"Hi!" I took my seat next to her, "how was your weekend?"

"Boring. How about you?" She returned the question.

"Fine, nothing major happened."

"Speaking of major," I nearly jumped out of my skin, Georgia had walked into class when I was talking to Josie, I didn't realize that she was right next to me when she began this question, "have you told the boyfriend?"

"About the adoption?" I asked and they nodded, "nope."

"When are you going to tell him?" Josie asked.

"He's coming over tonight. He's gonna be excited."

"How come you never wait to tell us stuff?" Georgia asked.

"I try. Then we're texting at like 1 in the morning and it just slips out!"

"Good point."

The day went by smoothly, I don't think Nick was dumb enough to try anything anytime soon, after what happened with Daveed and Anthony. Before I knew it, the final bell was ringing and I was putting my math journal in my backpack.

"Hey!" Lin walked into my class to pick me up.

"Hi." I responded swinging my backpack on, and getting on my crutches. "Did Sebastian take a nap?" I asked as we were walking out of the classroom.

"Yep! Which means Old Man Miranda got a nap as well, it's been a good day." I laughed a little. He questioned me about school on our way back to the Rodgers, as we pulled up he said, half to me, half to himself, "we need to start moving you out."

I got into the theatre myself and waited for William before I attempted to go up those stairs. In 15 minutes he was there.

"Hi! Thanks for coming, I have news!" I greeted, singing the news part.

"What is it?!" He asked.

"Can we at least wait until we're in my room? Come on!"

"Ok." He trailed behind me, then helped my up the stairs. When we were finally in my room, we both sat on my bed. "Alright, we're in your room, what is it?!"

"Lins adopting me!" I told him grinning wildly.

"Wait really?!" He jumped up, and I nodded. "When?!"

"The final hearing in next Monday."

"Congratulations!" He picked me up and spun me around in a circle. "That's so exciting! Are you excited?"

"Yeah. I'm skipping school on Monday to do it. Do you want to come?" I asked

"Heck yeah! I'm not missing that. What time is it?" He asked.

"The hearing is at 2, then I'm taking sappy adoption pictures with Lin, Vanessa and Sebastian, and then the cast is throwing a party. Like an actual party, Groff invited Lea, Lin invited Karen Olivo, Brian d'Arcy James is coming, Matthew Morrison, Jeremy Jordan. I'm so excited!"

"This is really sudden. One week?"

"He signed the Adoption Petition 5 months ago, and filled out the final paperwork on Tuesday. I have to sign some papers on Monday when it becomes finalized."

"You've known for 5 months and you didn't tell me?!"

"He told me on Tuesday. I told him that he should give me back, and he told me that he signed the papers that day, and we met with our lawyer on Thursday."

"Oh my gosh, I'm so happy for you."

"Do you want to watch something? I'll order pizza." I offered

"Pizza? Um, yeah!" I laughed and ordered.

"We're watching Harry Potter!" William yelled to me, while I was on the phone. I finished ordering and hung up.

"Which one?" I asked sitting next to him on the beanbag.

"Deathly Hallows Part 1." He responded as the movie started. About 20 minutes in the pizza place called me, and William ran downstairs to get it. He made it down and back in about 4 minutes.

We cuddled and watched our movie, but about 10 minutes later, there was a knock on my door.

"Come in!" I called, pausing the movie.

"I smelled pizza!" Anthony announced.

"Oh my gosh Anthony. Can you smell pizza from your apartment? Because it's Monday, you aren't supposed to be here on Mondays."

"I heard Pizza." Oak came into my room as well, and grabbed some, "oh Harry Potter! I love this one.

"Guys, we're here to rehearse. Oh pizza." Daveed came in as well.

"Harry Potter?!" Lin came in too, "can I join?"

"I have a couch and a bed, make yourselves comfortable."

"Ok!" It was William that responded, he lifted my legs by the knees to lie over his and he hugged me into his side. "Now I'm comfortable."

"Cuties." Anthony noted, he and Lin were on my bed and Oak and Daveed were on my couch.

"Thanks for letting us crash your date." Oak said when the movie finished.

"It's fine, it's not really a date." As I said this William was already starting Part 2. I guess we're here for the long haul.

I fell asleep on William about halfway through the movie, and when it ended Lin, Oak, Daveed and Anthony left. William didn't. I woke up to him carrying me to my bed. I fell asleep to a kiss on my forehead and him saying,

"Good night Roonie."
