The day of the play arrived and Gary and Becky were standing on the stage addressing the parents.

"Each summer, we take this occasion to celebrate this seminal event in American History." Gary announced.

Becky continued for him. "This year, we depict perhaps the most important day in our shared past: the First Thanksgiving!"

"A day for maize, the Native American word for corn, a terrific Turkey dinner, and brotherhood! So, white meat, and dark meat, take it away!"

The audience applauded as the music began. Kids dressed as turkeys and different types of food, leapt across the stage. Pugsley came out from behind one of the fake buildings dressed as a giant turkey.

"Eat us! Hey! It's Thanksgiving Day! Eat us! Hey! We make a nice buffet! We lost the race with farmer Ed! Eat us cause we're good and dead!"

The campers put finger guns to their head and pretended to blow their brains out.

"White man, or red man, from East or the South! Chop off our legs, and put 'em in your mouth!"

Some of the campers lifted their leg to another camper who pretended to take a bite.

Pugsley spread his arms out.

"Eat me!"

"Sautéed or barbecued!"

"Eat me!"

"We once were pets but now we're food! We won't stay fresh for very long! So eat us before we finish this song! Eat us before we finish this song!"

...

Debbie was standing in front of her mirror with a black veil over her face, pretending to cry.

"Thank you! It was a senseless tragedy!" She fake sobbed.

She lifted the veil off and wiped her eyes before letting out a laugh.

She went over to an opened gift box that had a bunch of dynamite in it, and set the timer to go off at 6:30. She then carefully placed the lid of the present on top of it.

...

"Angel! I'm going out for just a minute! I forgot the champagne!" Debbie entered the kitchen where Fester was cooking, carrying the large gift.

"Our three week anniversary! I'll go!" Fester offered.

"No, no! You're working hard enough!" She insisted. "I'll just put your present on the table! Don't peek!"

She placed the box in the table and Fester came out to look at it, all excited.

"Oh, please, please!" Fester begged. "What is it? Is it...string?" He guessed.

"Ya never know!"

Unbeknownst to them, Thing had jumped into their window sill and was looking at them.

"Is it a...dog toy?"

"Just you wait!"

Fester ran over and picked up the gift and shook it. "It's a bomb!" He exclaimed happily.

"What?!" Debbie snapped.

"Oh, I know. Wait for my birthday!"

"Fester..." Debbie approached him and grabbed his face. "Let me look at you. I wanna remember you just this way."

"What do you mean?"

"Rich! Will you miss me?" Debbie asked, turning to walk out the door.

"But, you'll be right back won't you?" Fester whined.

"Of course!" Debbie picked up two suitcases that she left by the front door before leaving.

Fester spun around and giggled like a love-sick fool, before making his way back into the kitchen.

...

Amanda was standing in front of a table where other pilgrims sat.

"I am so glad we invited the Chippewas to join us for our Holiday meal." Amanda badly acted. "Remember, these savages are out guests. We must not be surprised by any of their strange customs. After all, that have not had our advantages. Such as, fine schools, libraries full of books...shampoo!"

The audience chuckled at that.

Just then, Wednesday and (Y/n) appeared on stage dressed as Indians, followed by Joel and other campers. (Y/n) was wearing a black wig (unless your hair is already black) that was braided into two braids. (Like what female Wednesday has) and she was wearing a headband with a feather sticking out of it. Joel stood next to her and his face and arms had paint on them and he had a big feather headdress on.

"How! I am Pocahontas, a Chippewa maiden." She greeted with a smile. (With way better acting than Amanda.)

"Indian." Amanda's dad muttered.

"Enough said." His wife muttered back and they both started laughing.

"And I am Running Bear, Betrothed to Pocahontas!" Joel announced. Wednesday glared at him and Joel noticed. "I-In the play." He added.

"Twenty grand for summer camp, he's Mr. Woo Woo." Joel's mother commented.

"We have brought a special gift for this Holiday Feast." (Y/n) announced, gesturing to Pugsley who waddled on stage.

"I am a Turkey. Kill me!" He said.

"What a thoughtful gift!" Amanda praised as she walked around the table. "Why you are as civilized as we! Except we wear shoes and have last names." She said to the audience."Welcome to our table, our new primitive friends!"

"Thank you Sarah Miller. You are the most beautiful person I've ever seen! Your hair is the color of the sun, your skin is like fresh milk. And everyone loves you!" (Y/n) complimented.

Wednesday rolled his eyes at the script. Personally, he thought Sarah Miller should have complimented Pocahontas on how beautiful she was.

"Stop! Sit." Amanda gestured to the table.

The Chippewas were about to walk towards the table when Wednesday walked to the front of the group and put his arms out.

"Wait." He commanded.

Amanda's smile dropped to a look of confusion."What?"

"We cannot break bread with you." He announced.

"Huh? Becky what's going on?" Amanda turned to look at Becky and Gary who were standing under the stage in a prompter.

"Wednesday!" Becky hissed.

Wednesday stepped forward. "You have taken the land which is rightfully ours. Years from now, my people will be forced to live in mobile homes on reservations. Your people will wear cardigans and drink highballs. We will sell our bracelets by the roadside. You will play golf, and enjoy hot hors d'oeuvres."

Gary started to get angry and was about to crawl on stage but Becky pulled him back.

"Our people will have pain and degradation. Your people will have stick-shifts. The gods of my tribe have spoken! They have said, 'Do not trust the pilgrims! Especially, Sarah Miller.' Who's beauty does not compare to that of my beloved Pocahontas. Who I am desperately in love with, and ask her to leave her betrothed and be with me instead." Wednesday exclaimed.

"Yes!" (Y/n) responded, rushing forward and kissing Wednesday. Wednesday wrapped his arms around her and kissed her back.

"Gary, they're changing the words!" Amanda said with a confused expression.

Wednesday pulled away from (Y/n)'s lips but still kept an arm around her waist. "And for all these reasons, I have decided to scalp you. And burn your village to the ground." He announced.

As soon as he said that, all the other Indians started chanting and shouting and running around the stage. Two campers zip lined onto the stage near Amanda and grabbed her arms, making her scream. Other campers carried torches and started lighting the props on fire.

"Children, campers!" Becky shouted.

"Stop it, your destroying my text!" Gary screamed.

The two kids that grabbed Amanda had brought her over to a wooden pole.

"He's not a team player." Joel's dad said.

"He's a special child, but he needs friends." His mom argued.

"He needs friends like this?"

Joel snuck over to the bleachers, and pulled a lever that made the back row, where his parents sat, fall. His parents screamed as they fell, and Joel smiled with victory.

The props were now all on fire, and Pugsley shoved an apple in Amanda's mouth, as other campers tied her to the pole.

Two campers knelt in front of Gary and Becky and fired flaming arrows at them. Luckily, they ducked out of the way just in time.

A camper was chasing a pilgrim girl, and Joel flipped another lever as she ran by, which sent her flying through the air and into the lake.

Amanda's parents noticed that some campers had put logs down by Amanda and were covering them in gasoline.

"Uh, I beg your pardon?" Her dad said.

They went to stand up to help, but they were hit in the face with pies that the other campers had launched.

Amanda was tied to the pole, still screaming, only it was muffled because of the apple in her mouth. Wednesday strutted forward, his arm still around (Y/n) and looked directly at Amanda. She made eye contact with him, and her eyes widened.

(Y/n) reached behind her head and pulled out a match and handed it to Wednesday. He took the match and lit it. Amanda screamed and Wednesday smiled smugly.

The other campers were sitting at the table surrounded by the burning set as they watched Becky and Gary being rotated over a fire like rotisserie chickens. They were also tied up and had apples in their mouths, screaming.

In the background, Wednesday and (Y/n) could be seen floating along the lake in a canoe embracing each other in a passionate kiss.
