Mr. O’Byrne began speaking on the 20th of this month after several weeks of keeping silent and ignoring questions. Cause unknown.

Patient still does not interact with others, especially nurses. Only speaks during sessions.

Nightly anxiety attacks have been reported by nurses. Attacks are reported to last for about 2-5 minutes; relapses. O’Byrne denies having any of them.

Sessions:

Sessions are recorded. Patient shows no signs of anger, depression, or frustration. Patient willingly talks about what he can remember; shows discomfort when interrupted.

Patient admits he was beaten by his brother, Cillian David O’Byrne. Emotional effects such as ADHD, hostility, apathy and lethargy will be examined further. Delusional disorder is in question.

Close observation of patient is highly recommended.
