Tsireya had lead us onto a raised rock in the middle of the ocean, getting us to sit cross legged in a circle. "Breathe in" she spoke to the group of us before deeply inhaling. "And breathe out" she said whilst exhaling, allowing us to slowly follow her simple instructions. "Slow your heart rate" she said, directing her words towards Kiri, Neteyam and Lo'ak.

"Rotxo, Arelliya, do as I do" she said as she placed her hand flat against Lo'ak's stomach. I smirked up at Neteyam before placing my hand against his stomach and another over his chest as he breathed. "You're heart beat is fast" Tsireya said to Lo'ak with a small smile. "So is Neteyams" I commented as I could feel his racing heart beat under my fingers.

Neteyam smirked and lowered his head close to mine. "I can't help it when your hands are all over my body" he whispered so quiet that no one else could hear him apart from me and in that moment I too felt my heart rate increase. "What about your heart beat" he said, reaching his hand forward to place on my chest.

I swatted his hand away and reprimanded him. "Focus" I teased as he went back, attempting to control his breathing and racing heart rate. "I think we have discovered that it's a little difficult for me to concentrate" he laughed, looking into my eyes as he smirked. I could feel butterflies in my stomach at his words and if anyone was to feel my heart beat in this moment they would think I was having a heart attack.

After many stolen glances and racing heart beats, Neteyam had began to get control over his breathing and was ready to see if it would work. "Arelliya, take this shell and test his breathing. Throw it down for him to catch" Tsireya said, throwing me a large pearly clam shell. I turned back to Neteyam, shell in hand as i dived into the water, surfacing a few metres away.

"Come on jungle boy" I smiled as my head bobbed ontop of the water. Quickly he jumped from the ledge, not diving in the same why I did; he lept forwards and grabbed his legs creating a large wave of water that went straight over my head. I rubbed the water from my eyes to see Neteyams face right next to mine.

"Come on ocean girl, you're already behind" he said mimicking my tone as he swam past me and further into the ocean. "I'm the teacher here" I yelled back as I swam after him. "Then swim faster" he said cockily as he turned to face where he was swimming. Taking a few more paddles forwards, I pushed my body under water and swam through the middle of the ocean as fast as I could until I was right below him.

I waited down below until he stopped swimming and that was when I pushed upwards, reaching my arms in front of me, latching them around his body and emerging from the water. "Too easy" I smiled as I wrapped my legs around his waist. "So miss Arelliya... tell me what do?" He asked, flicking his gaze from my eyes down to my lips and back up as he placed his hands under my thighs.

"You need to get this shell" I said as I dropped the shell, letting it sink towards the bottom. "And what's my rewards" he smiled, his gaze locked onto mine. "Catch it and find out"i whispered and he didn't waste a second before swimming down after the shell.

I placed my head under the water and watched as he kicked his legs, reaching for the shell. His tall body stretched many metres as his toned and muscular arms grasped the shell. It didn't long before he turned his body around, his abs flexing as he did so and swam back up to the surface. His breath was heavy as he gasped for air, waving the shell in my face.

I bit my lips slightly as I swam closer to him. "That's my man" I whispered as my lips hovered above his, instantly connecting after the words left my mouth. I couldn't get enough of him, the way his lips felt against mine, the way his body felt as his hands consumed me. I begged we would never pull apart but the moment was short lived when we heard a call coming from Tsireya.

We both broke apart, resting our heads together as our chests heaved in the ocean. "It seemed we've been summoned" I laughed, pulling out of his embrace. I longed to be in his arms once more, to feel the warmth of his skin but we didn't have much choice as the call sounded out again. "Let's go" he said, grabbing my hand and calling the sea animals we rode earlier with a clock of his tounge and we rode back to shore.

"He's a fast learner" I smiled as Tsireya came into view standing alongside Lo'ak. "I learnt from the best" Neteyam responded as we jumped up onto the rock we left much time ago. "Indeed you did" Tsireya smiled, standing ever so close to Lo'ak. "Are you guys ready to go back?" Lo'ak asked to which Tsireya interrupted.

"Would you like to hang out for a while?" Tsireya asked, holding her arm out to me. "If that is okay with you?" She reiterated her words in an even kinder manner. I couldn't help the grin that tugged at my lips. "Of course" I smiled. Me and Tsireya haven't spend much time together and frankly I didn't want to ask and be a burden to her but I was so pleased that she wanted to spend some more time with me.

"See you later" Lo'ak said as he waved at the two of us, his eyes lingering on Tsireya a moment longer than he expected. "I will let our father know" Neteyam said as he left my side and walked off with Lo'ak back to the rest of their family.

"You are very beautiful" Tsireya said as we began to walk back to the sure. "Says you" I laugh back to Tsireya as we continued to walk. "So, you are not blood related to the Sully's?" She asked, looking at me with a empathetic expression. I took a deep breath before responding "nope. I never knew my parents, I just turned up one day then Jake and Neytiri looked after me" I stated with a small smile.

"Was it the purple skin or the glowing eyes that gave it away?" I laughed as we took a seat on the beach, dipping our toes in the water. "Neteyam" she said softly. "Right... it seems we aren't very good at keeping whatever we are a secret" I laughed at her words, some how everyone was starting to notice the budding romance between me and Neteyam. "I can sense something between you" she laughed when she saw my cheeks flush slightly at her words.

I stayed quiet for one second before raising an eyebrow and turning to her. "What?" She asked, eyes wide with slight shock and confusion. "Lo'ak" I said as I nudged her side slightly with my elbow as she blushed profusely never speaking more about him and we burst into laughter. "He totally fancies you" I laughed as she managed to blush even further, hiding her face through her hands. "I like him, he's different" she said with a coy and distant smile.

"Much like you" she said with a smile before continuing. "I don't have many close friends here" she sighed as our laughter began to die down, I looked to her, slight confusion present in my expression. Tsireya was one of the loveliest girls I have ever met, and aside from our physical difference I saw us as quite similar apart from the fact that she seems like a non angry person and well I am, but everything has a balance.

"If it makes you feel any better, I didn't have many friends back home either" I said with a sympathetic smile. "What! How?" She exclaims, eyes wide once more. "I could say the same about you" I smiled and we both fell into a small laughing fit once more.

"There is something special about you" She began, lifting my arm into the air. "I have never seen anyone look like you, your skin, your eyes, your freckles and the way you were a natural in the water" she said, still looking intently over my appearance, her eyes stopping at my cheek.

Slowly she raised her finger, brushing it along the cut on my cheek as worry filled her expression. "What happened?" She asked, slowly retracting her hand away from my face as if she thought she was bringing me pain. "Oh it was nothing, I was just held at gun point and attacked" I said in a sarcastic manner although I was deadly serious and her concern deepened. "No it's okay, I'm fine now" i said with a small smile, it was the truth I was okay now and I was alive.

"That's terrible, what happened" she asked further questions, deeply curious about the situation. "Um well I was training in the forest when I saw this group..." I began to tell Tsireya what happened the other day, she was listening intently at me talking. "... and then I killed him and everyone was safe, apart from our human friend who got kidnapped by his father" I said, puffing my cheeks out in attempts to catch my breath after my rambling.

Tsireya just sat there with her mouth slightly opened as I finished telling her the events. "Holy Eywa" she gasped, not expecting the story I was going to tell her. "Is that why you came here?" She questioned, signaling to her home land. "One of yes" I said with a small smile. "Thank you for welcoming us here" I smiled once more, truly grateful for the girls family to have welcomed us here.

She nodded slightly, looking out to the water as a wide grin tugged on her lips. "My best friend is a badass" she said quietly and I turned to face her with a shocked face. "Lo'ak has been teaching me some human words" she said as she we both broke out into another fit of laughter.
