"Han-dae and (Y/n) are back!" Yelled Tae-woo.

You were helping out Han-dae walking a bit since he was badly injured. But you were too.

Fake it until you make it....

"I really should help you out (y/n)....you're the one that is bleeding." He whispered.

"Han-dae, you known me for how long? I'm fine... I really am."

Han-Dae looked at you, and then at your arm. He could help but look at you back with a concerned look. You looked at him with a genuine smile,"if I wasn't okay, would I be carrying you right now?"

"You have a point.....but-"

"(Y/n)!"

You looked up and saw princess Yona,you couldn't help but smile at her. She looks better now....

When you saw people over at the river, you spotted Mun-deok. You haven't seen him in years. You dropped Han-dae on the ground and raced over at Mun-deok.

You jumped at him and hugged him as tight as you could. Even though you were hugging him, you knew that when you did, he smiled.

"You've grown up to a beautiful young lady (Y/n)."

You snuggled into his chest, "I missed you so much."

"I did too, why haven't you...." he stopped mid sentence. At first you wondered why, but then you had remembered you fought the fire clan guard's earlier.

He looked at his hand....his hand was covered with blood. "(Y/n)-San...."

He pulled you away a little bit in shocked. Hak also noticed Mun-deok's hand and quickly turned you around to see the cut.

You didn't know there was one on your back, your arm was the only one you knew that was injured....

Before Hak could say anything, you quickly turned yourself around,"Hak, I'm fine. Don't get mad. It doesn't hurt. I swear!"

It was too late for that, Haks face said it all. He's not mad, he's furious...he looked at you in all seriousness. "Who did it."

His voice was so low it made you have shivers down your spine.

"It was the Fire clan guys." Han-dae answered."I went upstream, to my surprise the fire clan were damming the river. I picked a fight with the armed troops, but thanks to (Y/n) I wasn't her to badly."

"But she is..." Yona added.

Everyone looked at Hak, who was looking down. The other villagers looked at you and Han-dae. Now, everyone was mad.

"What the hell do they think they're doing?" Yelled one of them.

"Do they want to start a war with us?"

"Master Hak, let me go there!"

"I'll rip them apart."

"We cannot fight back." Mun-deok spoke out.

"Why not?! They dammed the river and hurt Han-dae and (Y/n)!"

"Stay calm!" Hak ordered, "don't worry about the river for now... treat (Y/n) and Han-dae right away."

"Yes sir!" Tae solutes hak before dragging you and Han-dae.

"W-wait! I wanna figure out the situation too!" You yelled as Tae dragged you by your shirt.

"You heard Hak, (Y/n)." Tae-soon said as he continued to drag you,"Do you really want to second guess his decision?"

You looked back at Hak, seeing his side profile, he was definitely still mad.

"Yeah, forget what I said."

Tae took us into one of the rooms, cleaning our wounds starting with you first.

"You should focus more on Han-dae then me." You added which only cause Tae to get annoyed.

"Han-dae can handle himself (Y/n), plus you have more injuries."

"It's just one bad cut...big deal..."

"It is." Han-dae said as he entered to the room after cleaning his own wounds. "(Y/n), we've been friends with you for years now. We know how you are with this kind of stuff."

You looked at han-dae then back at Tae,"What does that supposed to mean?"

"(Y/n) it's impossible that nothing hurts you. It's just...."

"Just what?" You asked defensively.

"We worry for you that's all." Tae said as he looked away. When he did look back, you couldn't help but smile at him. "Guys...it's heart warming knowing you guys care, but," You got off of the mat and went towards Han-dae.

"I promise you, when I say I'm fine, it really means, I'm fine. So don't worry your pretty heads about me." You said as you ruffled Han-dae's hair.

"Alright (Y/n), whatever you say."

Coming back from the small room that you were in, you walked in Yona's room to check up on her.

"Your highness?" you said while knocking, "May I come in?" Before she gave you an answer, she quickly opened the door and dashed towards you giving you a huge hug.

"(Y/n)!"

"Your highness...what's wrong?"

She let go slightly to wipe her small tears that were forming in the corner of her eyes.

"Nothing, I'm just glad that you're okay."

Shock was the only thing you felt.  You didn't know she was worried that much.

"Anyways how are you feeling?" Yona asked.

"I feel fine, have you eaten anything yet?"

"No..I haven't yet but (y/n)," she said as she lowered her head, she's must be thinking about something serious....

She sighed before continuing,"If su-won will ascend and the other clans besides the wind clan are on board," she picked up her head, her eyes were wide, her hands were slightly shaking..."Then what will become of the wind clan...?"

You opened my mouth to speak but no words were coming out. You just looked at her, not knowing what to say, all you could do was pull her into a hug and tell her,"everything will be okay, we'll figure something out. I promise."

"Lina-Chan!" Yelled Tea-yeon as he entered the room. "What's wrong? Are you hungry? It's time to eat!"

Yona looked at tea-yeon, "We're in a water shortage... I shouldn't be.."

"Don't worry! Brother Hak told me too fatten you up! Brother Hak said it's the wind clan tradition to practice hospitality to our guest..." at the end of sentence he's voice became breathy, like he was struggling to breathe. "They say when..." after that he began to fall.

"Tea-yeon!" You yelled catching him before he could hit the ground.

"Tea-yeon!" Yona shouted.

Hak, Tae, and Mun-deok came rushing towards the room. "What happened?" Mun-deok said as he saw Tea-yeon in your arms. "He just collapsed!" you said.

"He's having an episode.."

Both you and looked at Mun-deok confused. He continued, "Tea-yeon always had weak lungs.. no worries if he takes his medicine then..."

"But the merchants coming today aren't here yet." Hak interrupted.

"We've got a problem!" Someone from the clan yelled,"The merchants were attack by someone on their way here! Everyone's seriously injured."

"Then, our access to water has been cut off?" Mun-deok mumbled.

"What about his medicine!" Yona said.

Everyone knew who did it. Fire clan is doing everything in their power to make wind clan miserable. ugh what do we do now...

Out of no where you felt a hand on my shoulder, you looked to see who it was and it was no other than Han-dae with that stupid smile he always has.

You knew without saying a word that he was going to go down to get Tea-yeon's medicine. "Han-dae, what about your injury?" you asked him.

"Don't worry about me. I can go down to the doctors in the east woods with no problem."

"You're going there with that wound?" Questioned Tae.

"Well I am the fastest horse rider in the clan. Pretty please young master?" He said smiling at hak.

Hak smiled back,"make sure you bargain down the medicine cost."

After the others left, you, Yona and, Hak stood by Tea-yeon side. You stroked his blonde hair for comfort and reassurance.

"He's gotten a little better," said Hak to you and Yona .

In the corner of your eye you saw Hak looking at you. "You really need to get some rest (Y/n). You're not fully recovered." He said.

You looked back to Tea and saw he was doing well. Might as well.

"Sure thing, you're the boss." You said chuckling at the end.

It's been a few hours, you still haven't slept, just kept on thinking. What are we going to do after this, you guys can't just be on the run forever. You decided to get up to talk about it with Hak.

You went outside to go to Hak's room hoping he wake up to talk to you. As you were on the steps you noticed that the lights were off. You thought he be asleep by now so you decided you'll talk to him tomorrow morning.

"I have a favor to ask..."

That was Haks voice. You look around and saw that light Mun-deoks room. You slowly made your way towards the room, listening.

"I want you to approve su-wun's appointment to the throne, I'll leave tomorrow morning.

And give your name back to you. I have to leave the wind clan."

You froze, you felt your body tremble. Why? Why is he leaving?!

"Are you planing to leave the (y/n) and the princess here?"

"I want them both to be here, (Y/n) is the only person the princess has right now, bringing them here was the best idea I ever had in a while."

You took a few steps back, you felt confused, vulnerable, and betrayed. You wanted to be together, everyone has lost something during this fight. And for Hak just to leave.....

"Anything else?"

"One more favor, please hide Yona and (Y/n) from the sky clan, let them both stay here in."

What about your clan? What about your feelings? What about Yona?

You knew you'll have to confront him about this. When you left to cool down you paced around trying to be rational about this. You knew for sure you can't hold your anger, not when you're trying to fix something.

You began to take a lap around the village, once you did you saw Hak purchasing weapons. You made sure he could see you on his way back.

You leaned against the wall waiting for him to pass by. When he did, you didn't hesitate to speak with him.

"So. Your on your own now?"

There was a small pause before Hak began to speak, "I thought I told you to get some rest."

"And I thought you would tell me that you were leaving. Since when did you think you can make decisions for me?"

"I'm doing what's right, you have to stay put with the princess, you're all she has left, once's I'm gone."

"You know when you leave, you'll have a bounty over you're head right? Is it worth the risk?

"Sounds fun." He retorted as he began to walk away.

"Oh no you don't," You said getting in front of him," You're not leaving. I'm not letting you risk your life out there. There has to be another way we can-"

"(Y/n)." He said sternly, "I've renounced my job as general. I'm not obligated to take you anymore."

"What does that supposed to mean? So when you stopped being general you stopped being my friend?"

"You were more of a pain then a friend. Like for example," he grabbed your injured arm, and he tightened his grip as he looked at you, he had no expression on his face.

"You claim that nothing hurts you, it's impossible for a human being to not feel pain, just by hanging out with you, makes me wonder how..."

You didn't know what he was trying to get you to understand, but you knew it was something you weren't going to like.

"Maybe because you're weak and making people think that you can't feel any pain makes you stronger, but you're wrong. You're a hassle,  you're a bug, a bother, you're the pain."

After he said that you pushed him off of you. Stunned, shaken, your eyes fell onto the floor. Your heart started to beat faster.

"Fine, leave. If I'm just a pain to you then you should get going."

You picked up your head,"I'm not someone who is liked to be told what to do or what not to do. If I'm such a hassle then I might as well just leave the whole clan."

You turned around to walk back to your room, but you looked at Hak, right into his eyes ,"When you're on you're journey, I hope my absence hits you, I hope that it hits you so hard, that you will never get back up again...".
