Vienna and Clarisa were shouting at their brothers to stop alongside the others in the gym. No one dared come between them as they were throwing punches and kicks at each other. Even the teacher looked troubled in the corner not knowing how to separate the two boys. They weren't doing anything against the rules. They were in gym class and allowed to fight but this was too much. The group of boys and girls were all staring at the fight as they were shouting for them to stop.

Suddenly there were some boys near the window who spotted Tristan and Vincenzo coming towards the gym. The boys shouted in unison "Tristan and Vincenzo are coming to the gym from the engineering building. Stefano is coming back with them. Watch out people."

The crowd of course became wary and all students gathering around the fight scene parted not wanting to be in the way of Tristan and Vincenzo when they entered.

Then it happened. Tristan and Vincenzo entered the gym without their brothers even realising. They walked straight to the fight scene with their heavy footsteps as Stefano looked on silently as he entered behind them.

Before Trent and Viggo could realise what was going on, they were halted. Tristan grabbed Trent's hands from behind him and dragged him away from Viggo. Vincenzo did the same to Viggo.

Mr Carter the gym teacher quickly turned to the crowd and instructed them to disperse and go back to training. All quickly dispersed. No one wanted to know what happened next. Rosarios and O'Neils did not take kindly to eavesdroppers and intruders when it came to their family affairs. But of course Clarisa and Vienna stood around with the excuse of needing some equipment. They went to the cupboards and listened to their brother exchanges.

Once the crowd dispersed, Tristan spoke in a low and threatening tone "Which one of you started this?"

Mr Carter who had been watching helplessly until now not able to separate the two boys stepped up with a newly found confidence. The boys were even stronger than him. He called them killing machines. He cleared his throat as he spoke " It was both of them. I made the mistake of pairing them up in class for kick boxing. Then they started fighting and did not stop. Viggo kept telling Trent to keep away from Angelia. Trent didn't like his threatening tone apparently."

Vincenzo spat " That girl? Seriously? They were fighting about her? Where is she any ways?"

Mr Carter stated " She is taking her exams that she missed in the hall alone. If this fight continues, I will have to move Trent or Viggo out of this class to another group. Changing timetable is the only option if this dangerous behaviour persists."

Tristan stated " They won't fight again. Once I am done with them after school, they won't be disturbing the girls like this. Their fathers would be informed too. I will let my mother know."

Tristan then let go of his brother and pushed him away roughly " I would like to see you and Viggo after school before training starts. If you are a minute late, you will regret it."

Clarisa turned to her" Lets go Vienna. All is well now."

Vienna shook her head "They will tell our fathers. Nothing will be ok."

Clarisa nodded " Of course. But aren't you used to this treatment by now. The boys always are held responsible but us girls get away with everything."

Clarisa was treated the same way as Vienna was always. Mr O'Neil called Clarisa his beautiful rose petal and of course expected his sons to treat her like a rose petal. Vienna and Clarisa were indeed used to watching the boys getting harsher punishments.

Clarisa laughed " Lets go. They will manage. Lets get back to the gym training."

Vienna watched as Vincenzo and Tristan finally walked away from their younger brothers and walked to the exit. As she was watching them leave, she saw Tristan turning to her and giving her a smile but it was the deep gaze that really got to Vienna and scared the day lights out of her. His intense stare was not leaving her as he was making his way to the exit. The possessiveness in his eyes made Vienna's heart jump.

As Tristan and Vincenzo left, Vienna dropped her equipment bag on the floor and took steps backwards as she took a deep breath.

Clarisa turned to her holding her equipment bag" Are you okay?"

Vienna shook her head "Not really. The way your brother looks at me is quite scary."

Clarisa spoke " Don't worry. He can't do anything unless you want to. Vincenzo won't let him. But I think you are lucky Tristan is nice to you. You should be scared if you are on his wrong side. Trust me. Viggo and Trent are the ones who will be so dead today."

Vienna had to agree. She sighed " Heavens help them."

Vienna for the rest of the lesson tried to not think of Tristan. But it was hard. Why was he interested in her? What was she going to do? The thought of him made her shake to the core. Those eyes that looked at her were the same pair of eyes that showed no mercy and emotion when he hurt others. She had seen him in action enough times. If he dealt with anyone that displeased him, those pair of eyes had no emotion in them at all. Yet, he managed to look at her so lovingly and possessively. She never thought he was capable of love.

Vienna was petrified of him. She knew how dangerous he was. What if he hurt her? But again Clarisa was right. Vienna had her brothers to protect her. Even though Vincenzo was not a perfect brother and gave Vienna a hard time about almost anything he didn't like, he took it seriously when her well being was concerned. Vincenzo never messed around when her safety was concerned and neither did Viggo. Her brothers never dreamt of letting their father down by neglecting her. But again, she was not even sure if her brothers were enough protection for her.

Tristan was going to become a crime lord one day. Viggo and Vincenzo may have been able to protect her but could they protect any bystanders who got involved and accidentally came between Tristan and what he wanted which was her.

As the lesson finished, it was break time. Vienna rushed outside and went to the water fountain to fill up her water bottle. She was so thirsty from the training. As she was drinking next to the water fountain, she saw from a distance, Tristan was at his locker. She bit her lip. Maybe she could try to reason with him. It was worth a shot. She was worried sick for Viggo.

Vienna walked to Tristan and cleared her throat as she stood behind him. "Tristan..."

As Tristan turned around, Vienna instantly regretted coming on to him to talk to him. She felt like she was not ready for whatever Tristan may have wanted to say to her. The way he looked at her was really making her want to run away. It was too intense. He really liked her and he didn't have to hide it any more. She was sure it must have been a liberating feeling for Tristan but it meant Vienna was to become his subject of affection publically which made her quite nervous. This was Tristan O'Neil, the basketball team captain who could even order around Vincenzo for heaven's sake. What was she going to do?

Tristan smiled "Hi Vienna. How are you doing?"

Vienna shrugged "I am fine... Its just that.... its about Viggo."

Tristan raised an eyebrow "Viggo? What about him?" He narrowed his eyes now making Vienna take a step backwards.

Vienna held Tristan's gaze and took a deep breath "Can you please not tell your mother about Viggo and Trent? Please at least tell her not to call my father. Today is my father's day off. He doesn't like to be disturbed. He would really punish Viggo badly...."

Tristan stated " No way. Its too late for that. I told my mother already."

Vienna pleaded "Please go and try to stop her from calling him. Just tell your mother to resolve the issue internally without calling my father and your father for that matter."

Tristan was frustrated "Your brother is really testing my patience... But fine. I will go talk to my mother..."

Vienna smiled "Thank you..."

Tristan nodded and was about to walk away but then stopped himself "Vienna... In the drama lesson, we need to audition in pairs. I want to audition with you...."

Vienna caught the finality in his tone. He was not asking her. He was telling her. It was a threat. She was to audition with him or he wasn't going to go to his mother. She was sure of it. She didn't mind being paired up with him but it didn't mean it was easy looking at his handsome face... She then shook off the thoughts. She did fancy him but she had to stop herself. Her mother didn't like her to get close to any dangerous future crime lords. She had overheard her mother enough times telling her father what kind of boy she wanted to go with Vienna to the end of year prom. Edward Blake fit her description better. But for now Tristan threw all the arguments out of the window. He wanted her. Full stop. No questions were to be asked.

Vienna nodded "Of course. I don't think I get a good role. You may like to be paired up with someone who is top of class."

Tristan gave out a dark chuckle making her swallow hard. He looked at her with a mischievous grin "Are you trying to get rid of me Vienna? It sounds like it. We both know you are the top of your class in drama. You got the highest score even higher than Azurine in the performing arts free style drama workshops...."

Vienna mentally wanted to smack her head "Oh, I forgot about that..."

Tristan nodded "Sure you did. I know you are trying to avoid me but it wont work" He then winked and walked away towards his mother's office.

Vienna took a deep breath that she was holding. He looked so elegant as he walked away. She wondered what he saw in her. He could have anyone he wanted. His loyalty to her was pretty scary. He did not even look around at any girls who tried to get his attention. The only girl he had eyes for was her.

Tristan reluctantly walked to the deserted corridor that lead to his mother's office. He reached her office door and knocked. His mother called "Come in."

As Tristan entered, she looked suspicious "what happened this time? Any more fights, Tristan?"

Tristan shook his head as he closed the door and walked to his mother's desk "Change of plan. Can you not call Viggo's father and keep what happened at the gym from father too?"

Sancia crossed her arms over her chest as she watched her son thoughtfully. She then sighed "I have not told your father and haven't told Viggo's father either..."

Tristan did not like his mother's tone "So what is the problem? Is there a problem?".

Sancia spoke "I called Francesco Rosario to come in for a meeting with me. I was planning to discuss it in the office but now I need to think of something else to discuss. This means .... you owe me son."

Tristan nodded "Fine." His mother always asked him to attend meetings with her that were related to her side of business. She had her own investments and assets that mainly belonged to the Giovannis which she managed jointly with his uncle Sergio. She loved taking him with her to her business meetings but Tristan preferred his father's company in his meetings. But he didn't mind promising his mother any favours on this occasion. He was willing to do anything for Vienna.

Sancia spoke "Just leave the office quickly. Francesco Rosario must be on the campus by now."

Tristan nodded and walked to the door. As he opened the door and walked out of the office, he didn't even get the chance to close the door. He bumped into a brick wall or rather a human brick wall. He came face to face with Francesco Rosario who was looking at him with an unreadable expression at the door.

Francesco spoke "You... Watch where you walk kid. I have a meeting with your mother but I think I should have a meeting with you instead young man." He then looked past him at Sancia who was watching from her desk in the office "What do you say Dr O'Neil?"

Sancia stood up "Tristan must go to his lessons. I wish to hold this meeting now with no delay. Tristan go to your lesson."

Tristan gladly side stepped him and whispered " I am delighted to see you... Goodbye sir."

Francesco watched him walk away as he retorted "Don't bother saying goodbye, kid. I will catch up with you and when I do, you will not be so delighted."

Sancia spoke "Come in Francesco. Leave my son alone."

Francesco came inside and closed the door soundly as he muttered "You call me on my day off and you don't let me hold a meeting with your son who is after my daughter. For your sake I hope you have a good excuse for getting me to come all the way here on a day that I should be in bed.' He then sat down on a chair in front of Sancia's desk and demanded "So, go ahead, tell me the good reason you said I should come in here for."

Sancia poured a glass of water and took a sip and sat down. She stated "Its about .... Vienna. I thought we can make something work."

Francesco spoke "So you will keep your son away from my daughter then. Good idea. Transfer your son to one of your school branches in .... lets say Alaska. Its colder up there but he can go hunting and ride the snow mobil. How about that?"

Sancia rolled her eyes "Francesco. I am serious. Its about her trip."

Francesco sat back and looked at Sancia with bewilderment "We spoke about that on the phone. I said no. Just tell your husband to quit forcing a trip to a government run organisation on my child. Don't you know me? My child is going no where near the danger zones unprotected...."

Sancia explained "My husband is going on that trip too to watch over Vienna and my daughter. What if I said you can go too? All you have to do is to make a donation to their research. You will be allowed to go and they wont search you at the door. It is on top of your agenda with my husband that you want to invest in science and technology since in future, money goes that way. So why not start here?"

Francesco spoke "If I wish to do this, I will do it in my own time. I wont involve my child in my plans..."

Sancia spoke "Come on Francesco. My daughter is going too you know. I want my child to not be disadvantaged regarding any experience or opportunity just because of who she is. I am sure Adele wants the same thing. At least discuss it with Adele."

Francesco sighed "Anything else you wish to discuss."

Sancia stated "No..."

Francesco stood up "Goodbye then. Tell that son of yours to keep a safe distance away from my daughter."
