Paris' POV

I climbed into my bed just as the door swung open then closed .. It was Shane, he was staring at me while I looked at tv.. I didn't feel like arguing nor fighting with him so I just didn't bother saying anything ..

Shane: what she was doing here ?

Paris: you heard her, looking for you ..

Shane: you couldn't tell her I was gone at the door ?

Paris: (sighed) she called you .. to see where were you ..

Shane: you know where I was why you just didn't tell her ?

Paris: I didn't know shit ..

He glared at me & shook his head

Shane: what's wrong now Paris ? Your ass been trippin lately. .

Paris: All I got to say to you right now Shane is that bitch better not step foot on my property tomorrow or Imma beat her ass !! You better meet her at the gate when she drops off Sha .. & as far as you go I suggest you cut it off now !!

Shane stared at me his facial expression never changed .. The more I looked at him the more pissed I got & the liquor started talking ..

Shane: what you talkin about ?

Paris: .. don't play dumb .. I know you still fuckin Zya .. I hate you even got the bitch pregnant !!

Shane: I ain't fuckin that girl ..

I got out the bed and walked up to Shane ..

Paris: let me see your phone ..

Shane: my phone for what ?

Paris: Because I need a explanation of why the fuck she sending you pictures of her naked !! Why the fuck she sexting you ?! Huh ?

Shane: you went through my phone ?

Paris: (laughed) yeah, change the subject .. (walked away) but you'll learn.. once I start fuckin the next nigga you gonna learn !!

Shane: (slapped me) bit--

He cut himself off & pushed me against the bed ..

Shane: I dare you .. give it up if you want to and see what's gonna happen to you & that nigga .. (walked away)

My heart was beating fast but my mouth had no chill ..

Paris: (followed him) so let me get this straight .. you can cheat but I can't ? (Laughed) just like a nigga !!

Shane turned around & mugged me

Paris: keep that bitch off my property !! If I see her come anywhere near my house it's over !! Now excuse me ..

I walked past him heading downstairs

Paris: I left my pantys downstairs

Shane: what ?

Paris: nothing

I went downstairs and watched tv until I drifted off to sleep .. when I woke up I was in my bed and Shane was sitting in front of the tv watching basketball with Skyler & Shanece at his feet playing .. I got out the bed & headed to the bathroom glancing at the clock that read 10:21 ..

Shane: I need you to come to a meeting with me today at 3 so be ready ..

I looked at him & smirked but kept walking .. I brushed my teeth & washed my face then put my hair up into a ponytail .. I sat down across from Shane & picked up Shanece just as the front gate buzzer went off.. Shane changed the channel on the tv to view the surveillance cameras .. Zya's car appeared on the camera outside the gate .. I looked at Shane & he looked at me.. He got up & left out the room and downstairs .. I watched his every move on camera as he went outside .. walked down our long driveway & to the gate to meet Zya .. They exchanged a few words then Shane got his son out the backseat and brought him back inside .. I put the remote down and sat Shanece back on the floor .. I got up meeting Shane at the door, I reached out my arms as Sha kicked & laughed in excitement .. Regardless of whatever Shane, Zya, & I were dealing with I would always have a place in my heart for that little boy !! Almost two he was growing up to be the spitting image of Shane .. I grabbed him out of his dads arms and started tickling him ..

Paris: I've missed you dude ..

Shanejr: I bwot Mickey Mwouse

He held up his Mickey Mouse as I giggled at his toddler language ..

Paris: here .. play with your sister and brother ..

I sat him down on the floor and followed Shane into the bathroom ..

Paris: who's gonna watch them while were gone ?

Shane: Marta ..

Paris: do you think its smart to still be having meetings and what not with all that's going on ?

Shane: this ain't that kinda meeting ..

Paris: .. have you found out anything about who it may be ?

Shane: nope .. whoever it is had to have been working close to me for them mu'fuckas to know so much ..

I played with my fingers as Shane spoke ..

Shane: but when I do find out who it is they dead ..

He kissed my cheek and walked out .. I followed him out as he sat on the floor with the kids .. We had a little family time for the first time in a while before we had to leave .. around 1:45 we started getting ready .. Shane hadn't told me where we were going so I decided to dress simple in just a black spaghetti strap fitted knee length dress with my black Jimmy Choo pumps.. Come to find out we were going to a basketball game .. It was packed in there as we made our way down to the floor as we approached our seats I saw a familiar face .. we locked eyes just before he looked up to Shane & they greeted each other ..

Saint: about time you made it (laughed)

Shane: (laughed) traffic nigga

I sat down thinking to myself how small this world really is ..

Shane: (sat down) this my wife, Paris .. Paris, this saint ..

Paris: nice to meet you

Saint: (smiled) same here .. dude ain know you was married ..

Shane: hell yeah .. for about a year & a half now ..

Saint: congrats

I turned my attention to the court & tuned them out .. We were going into halftime when Shane whispered in my ear he was going top the bathroom .. I caught Saint looking at me out the corner of my eye ..

Paris: what ?

Saint: (smiled) I didn't know you was Shane's wife..

Paris: well now you do ..

Saint: can I still get your number ?

I looked at him as if he was growing two heads ..

Paris: hell no !! Are you crazy ? You're bold .. (shook my head)

Saint: Naw I just know what I want ..

Paris: (laughed) you know Shane will kill you right ..

Saint: I ain't scared of Shane

Paris: (smirked)

Saint: you happy ?

Paris: Very !!

Saint: I'm just asking ..

I rolled my eyes just as Shane came back & sat by me ..

Paris: I'm ready to go babe ..

Shane: (kissed me) alright ..

I grabbed my stuff and got up ..

Shane: we about to bounce ..

Saint: aight man .. I appreciate you comin out ..

Shane: it's cool

Saint smiled at me one last time and I rolled my eyes and we left him standing there
