Asfa's pov :

It was the reception today and after this event we will leave to California day after tomorrow, meanwhile I was thinking about what is gonna happen today??...

I know! everything will be good but I'm more concerned about bunny, if he gets rejected! I don't know? he'll ever believe in love or marriage...

He has already went through a lot, being the sole heir of the yasin family didn't helped his condition either, he became the CEO at a very young age....

He didn't had the choice to follow his dream unfortunately! and I'll hope she says yes!....

I wore my dress, which was unique! as it was gift from my dear momma, according to her, I should wear this because I was the newly wedded bride..

Well not so new!

I matched it with a rose gold hijab and I did my makeup lightly and after applying my gloss, I checked myself in the mirror and I was content with my look...

Humza whistled seeing me, while leaning on the door frame and he was looking at me with aww! I blushed...

He neared me slowly and I know the look on his face! then he wiped my gloss off with his thumb "what are you doi--" I was cut off by his lips which were instantly on mine, he kissed me senselessly! which made my mind hazy, after kissing me to his satisfaction, he left my lips and kept our foreheads intact! while we were breathing hard...

"you look delectable and hot babes " he said, huskily and once again pecked my lips...

I was red as tomato Now and I peeked at him through my lashes and he winked at me playfully...

And I checked him out and my typical Humza wore his typical tux! which I selected for him...

"you look not bad yourself! " I commented at him and he was grinning...

"shall we Mrs Humza!" he asked, while extending his arms and I kept my hands in his and said "we shall! " and he smiled at me...

Whole of our family reached the venue in our limousines and it was decorated beautifully! as lai always wanted a winter wedding...

The ball room was filled with businessman, tycoons, politicians and elites...

The valima was on its swing and we neared the stage and then the couple had a grant entry and lai was looking gorgeous in her gown ...

She looked happy and contented and I mumbled Alhamdulillah...

Then, they climbed the stage and all the family members hugged and congratulated them...

Then, the wedding rings were exchanged and then the couple cut their wedding cake and everyone was happy...

Zain was squealing and playing the whole time, then he stopped playing suddenly and aala sisto got confused then he ran in a particular direction and I looked at him quizzically?? where he was running! then I saw him..

He was kneeling on the floor with extended arms and Zain ran to bunny's arms and hugged him tight, he was rubbing the little munchkin's head affectionately and a huge smile was plastered on his face...

Humza was happy! that Zain was really getting closer to bunny but he felt uncomfortable about the whole situation!...

Then, he scooped the munchkin in his arms and neared us and aala sisto was near lari and lai...

"Assalamu alaikum my love! " he said, cheerfully...

"Walaikum salam bunny! " I said and then Humza took Zain from his arms, while he hugged Humza and did a fist pump and he smiled at him then bunny hugged me tight and twirled me a little and I was giggling the whole time, after all we're meeting after a long time...

Then he put me down and I limped in pain, I completely forgot that, I have a mild fracture in my leg..

"what happened? " he asked, concerned..

"nothing big bunny! just a small accident! " I said not looking in his eyes, because he'll knew that I'm lying...

"but it doesn't looks like it? " he said, with a raised brow..

"zaam bro! " saffu squealed and ran into his arms, he chuckled and hugged her tight and kissed her temple lovingly "how is my little princess? " he asked..

"I'm fine! but I missed you so much! " she whined, like a child...

"I missed you more princess! " he said, smilingly...

Imad did a man hug and fist pumped him, then he greeted grandpa and momma, then he went to his best buddy Saad then he hugged him and congratulated the pair best wishes to their new journey, together for the rest of the life...

Momma kept aala busy and bunny was playing with Zain and Humza was tensed the whole time...

"what happened Humza? Are you OK? " I asked, concerned...

"I'm fine wifey just thinking about aala! " he said, sadly...

"it's OK hubby, she's gonna be fine have faith! " I said and squeezed his hands..

He smiled a little, but that didn't reached his eyes, after that dinner was served and we enjoyed the food with everyone and Zain was still with bunny and aala noticed bunny's presence as Zain was with him all the time, but she kept quiet...

After dinner the reception came to an end and all the guests were already left and I hugged bunny and he looked at me expectantly...

"I'll tell you tomorrow about her answer before you leave to Oman! " I said and he nodded at me, smilingly..

Then, after bidding goodbye! we left for home and we were tired, but momma decided that it's the best time to talk to her..

I sensed his gaze on aala sisto from time to time and I hope for good news to let him know the answer, tomorrow...

We all were changed into our comfy clothes and we knocked on her door and she opened it and looked puzzled to see us together..

We entered and Zain was sleeping soundly, I neared him and kissed his chubby cheeks and stroked his hair while Humza stood silently and momma sat beside her...

"what is it momma? you're here to tell me about something right! stop this signalling between you guys! " she said....

"aala you know that if we tell you something that it'll be good for you right! " momma said and she nodded in yes...

"well we have received a proposal for you! " momma said and her smile dropped...

I felt Humza stiffen beside me, I quickly intertwined our fingers to let him know that we are together in this and he smiled weakly in my direction...

"I know you already said no! for every proposal, that you can't marry another man and Zain is the only one in your life " momma said and she kept her head hung low and her mouth closed..

I know it'll be hard very hard moment for her, but momma continued " I know! you don't want to marry but don't you think that Zain needs the love of a father! " momma said and she looked vulnerable! hurt was evident on her eyes...

"I know baby! you try very hard to play both the roles in his life but you and Humza know the empty feeling of not having a father and you already witnessed it! do you want same for Zain too? " she asked, because momma knew! otherwise she'll not understand her pov, she is already drenched in pain....

"what do you want me to do momma? " aala asked, in a broken voice and Humza was already broken seeing his big sistah on the verge of crying! I squeezed his hand to give him comfort...

"we want you to get married! you need a partner and Zain needs a father too, Pls baby accept my request! " momma pleaded...

"can I know from whom the proposal came? " she asked, in a timid voice...

"it's from zaamin asfa's brother! " momma said and she looked at me with shock evident on her face and I smiled weakly at her...

She was completely silent! for a whole lot of minute and my heart beat was hyper fast, I prayed to Allah for the best answer..

She stood up and neared Humza who had held his head low, she lifted his chin and looked at him to witness his already puffed eyes..

"what do you say about it? " she asked him softly..

Humza looked at her, with hurt "I'll support your decision wholeheartedly I'll never force you for any decisions that you take! " he said in a tone filled with guilt...

"what is your opinion about it asfu?" she asked me and I looked at her puzzled..

"I know bunny and he's really a good being, I'm not saying because he's my brother but because he's a gem of a person! but I'll respect whatever decision you take sistah and he'll respect it too! " I said, assuring her softly...

She sighed and neared Zain, who was sleeping on the bed and she kissed his forehead and stroked his cheeks lovingly...

"I can't do this! " she said and I sighed in defeat...

Now bunny will be heartbroken Ya Allah! I cried mentally...

"but I'll do this for my Zain, I can't be selfish! I want my Zain to be happy! " she said, almost just above a whisper...

"Alhamdulillah! thank you so much aala, my baby I'll promise you won't regret this! " momma said and hugged aala and she held her tight..

I can't believe it's a yes! OMA! OMA! it's a yes! Bunny will be so happy...

Alhamdulillah! Ya rabbi, shukran lak!!!

I thanked my rab and Humza was more shocked than me, he went still I hugged him tight in excitement and he held me close and I sighed...

Then, aala neared him and cupped his face "I'll never talk to you! if you still blame yourself for the incident! " she warned him and he just smiled at her while a tear slipped out of his eyes..

Ahh! my soft cuddly bear!

You're so soft inside!

Aala hugged him tight and he hid his face in her neck, like a child and she stroked his hair lovingly..

"I love you so much my strength!" Humza said, like a child...

"I love you too my baby brother! " she said, affectionately...

I mumbled Masha Allah to avoid the evil eyes! I know Humza is too lucky to have sistah in life and now bunny will be too...

I grinned inwardly and then, I hugged her too and then we left towards our room and I was so happy for bunny and sisto, finally they'll be happy again...

"are you happy? " I asked him, quizzically..

" I'm really happy for her! " he said, softly...

"don't worry hubby, everything is gonna be fine! " I said assuring him and he nodded smilingly...

Then, I jumped in his arms while giggling like a mad person, he held me tight and I sighed in content, inhaling his musky cologne..

I nuzzled my nose in his neck, while he placed a kiss on my shoulder and then, he gave me my medicines, I ate it silently! then we both slept in each others arms, while he kept his face hidden in the crook of my neck! his warm breathing causing a havoc in me and he placed a lingering goodnight kiss I shivered under his hot kiss, soon we drifted into deep slumber...

Tomorrow a bomb is going to blasted on bunny and I was already planning their wedding in my head...
