They all got to the hospital. It had been an hour since Inko and Katsuya were admitted. Izuku and Y/n outside the emergency room, waiting for the doctors. Y/n had bruises and cuts from fighting the villains, but she didn't thought of getting it treated. Katsurin was in the other room, getting first aid from overusing his new quirk and some cuts from fighting villains.

The doctor soon came out of the room, another door opening, revealing Katsurin wrapped in bandages. He ran towards his mother before the doctor got to them.

"Doc? Will they be okay?"

"Mrs. Midoriya will be okay, she's in stable condition. However, the impact on your daughter's head caused a concussion and some damage to her skull. She needs to stay in the hospital until we can release her,"

Y/n started crying yet again. Katsurin gripped her leg tighter as he cried.

"Will there be any complications with her after this?"

"There's a possibility of her getting amnesia, but it's only 30%. She's also stable now, you can visit her once the nurse is done doing some check ups." The doctor then excused himself.

"I'll go and sign the paperwork. You go and check on Katsuya," Izuku patted her back and left. The nurse soon left the room and Y/n can finally see Katsuya.

"Oh Katsuya... " Y/n sat on the chair next to the bed.

"Mama.. I'm so sorry..." Katsurin said with a sob.

"No, no! Katsurin, it's not your fault... Don't say sorry!"

"It's my fault that I--I was too weak! I couldn't protect her in time!"

It pained Y/n to see Katsuya in a hospital bed. But it also pained her to see his son blame himself for not being able to save his twin sister. It hurt that she's seeing her son cry over his hurt sister.

The two looked towards the door as soon as they heard some knocks.

"Katsurin, can you go get the door, I'll go get some water." Y/n said as she stood up.

"Okay, mama.." He wiped his tears away and walked towards the door.

"Oh.. It's you,"

"H-hey,"

Y/n's head whipped towards the door.

This was not the right moment for this to happen.

"What are you doing he--"

"We need to talk." He said as he took a step forward. It was obvious in his facial expression that he was mad. So mad.

"We have nothing to talk about. Get out, now." Y/n gritted her teeth.

"Mama--"

"It's okay, Katsurin. Just sit by your sister. Protect her for me, okay?"

"Okay mama," Katsurin rushed towards the bed and guarded his sleeping sister.

"Y/n. I'm not here to fight. We just need to talk."

"About what? There's nothing for us to talk about, Katsuki. Now get the fuck out--"

"You know damn well what we should talk about, Y/n." Katsuki stepped forward.

"Hey! Don't talk to my mama like that, or else I'll kick your ass!" Katsurin rushed in front of Y/n and pushed Katsuki away.

" 'Tsurin, it's okay. Mama can handle this." Y/n smiled at him reassuringly.

"They're mine."

"No. No they're fucking not."

"Really, Y/n? Their hair and eyes? That boy's quirk is explosion, where the fuck did he get that, huh?"

Y/n started tearing up again. She really wasn't ready to meet him, let alone him meeting his own kids.

With tears rolling down from her face, she grabbed Katsurin and lifted him, holding him tight.

"You--, " Y/n sobbed. "You're not taking them away from me, are you?"

Katsuki's eyes widened.

It was never his intention to take his kids away.

It still hasn't sunk in his mind what was happening.

She was back. After all these years.

Now with his and her children.

Seeing her face again made him feel alive once again.

And now, knowing that she gave birth to their kids alone...

He felt like jerk.

How could he not have known?

Katsuki looked down, his teeth gritting at his own stupidity. He raised his head again, and his hands landing on her cheeks and nape. Pulling her in for a kiss.
