I really wanted to write an imagine about a car accident and there is no reason as to why, but let me know what you guys thought about this one.

For the sake of this imagine the characters name will be Carly; but please feel free to change it to whatever name you prefer. And the character is the younger sister of Luke.

............

Carly was home from school when the crash happened. She had just crossed the road but did not see the speeding car of a drunk driver, and unfortunately, it was a hit and run.

A few bystanders that had watched the scene unfold were calling the emergency services, others simply walked away, either from not being able to handle what happened very well or simply not caring.

The hospital (where Carly's older brother worked) was alerted that a hit & run had occurred, and therefore sent Luke and Ashton in an ambulance where the scene took place. Only thing was that Luke had no idea the victim was his younger sister.

When Luke and Ashton arrived on the scene; they definitely were not expecting Carly to be laying on the concrete unconscious and bloodied. It was a horrific sight for the both of them, and luckily they were able to pull themselves together quickly and began assessing Carly's injuries.

"Pulse is low," Ashton spoke to Luke, who let out a sigh in response. Luke uncoiled the stethoscope from around his neck and placed it over his sisters heart, listening to her slow heartbeat.

"Heartbeat is slow," announced Luke. It was really difficult for him to see his younger sister this way, he never would've imagined that the victim would be his own sibling.

Ashton pulled out a torch and lifted her eyelids up, shining the light to check her pupil dilation; and unfortunately they did not dilate correctly.

And after making sure Carly was stable enough be moved, Luke and Ashton carefully placed her onto the gurney, and rushed her toward the awaiting ambulance.

They hooked her up to numerous machines; a heart monitor, blood pressure monitor, a pulse oximeter, and an oxygen mask. But what had sent both of them into a panic was when the heart monitor went completely flat line, and the sound of a long high pitch beep was heard.

"Luke start compressions," Ashton instructed to the younger doctor, who had nodded and started to do chest compressions on his sister; whilst Ashton had increased the amount of oxygen, checked her pupil dilation again, and started an intravenous line.

Finally the ambulance had pulled up at the hospital, and the two doctors quickly got Carly out of the ambulance and into a hospital room, all while Luke still did the chest compressions.

Michael and Calum came running into the room a few minutes later; not knowing that it was Carly.

"What happened? I heard there was a victim of a hit and run," Michael spoke as he pulled on a pair of gloves along with Calum.

Ashton sighed sadly, "Unfortunately yes there was a hit and run victim, and it is unfortunately Carly."

Michael and Calum's eyes widened as they immediately sprung into action, hooking her up once again to the many machines and monitors.

And after ten minutes of chest compressions, the sound of a steady heartbeat could be heard on the monitor, which lead to the four doctors in the room letting out a sigh of relief; Carly was stable for now.

Once they were sure that Carly was stable enough to be moved from her room, they took her down to radiology where several X-rays, an MRiI, and a ct scan of her brain were taken. Carly was then transferred into the intensive care unit as they could watch over her closely; and the unit had much more powerful equipment then just the regular hospital room.

...

For the past two days Luke has been sat next to Carly's besides, the poor girl was in a coma. Thankfully she hasn't had to be resuscitated since the day she first arrived at the hospital.

The sound of the heart monitor picking up startled Luke out of his dazed state, and a few moments later he was looking at an open-eyed Carly.

"Luke," she groaned as her vision had adjusted and she saw her brother standing there. Luke immediately wrapped his arms around her and hugged her, being careful not to hurt her, as well as the many chords and wires attached to her.

"What happened?" Asked Carly, clearly not remembering anything from the incident.

Luke gulped, "You mean you don't remember?" He asked back in worry.

The small girl in the hospital bed shook her head and winced in pain after she did.

"Hang on, I'll be right back," Luke told her as he rushed out of the room and to the nurses station, where Ashton stood looking at another patients file.

"Ash, Carly is awake," the blond doctor told his friend, whose face turned into one of surprise before rushing off to Carly's room; Luke speedily following behind him.

When the two entered the room again, the sight is what made their hearts break; Carly was laying bed sobbing- obviously from pain.

"Increase her iv drip of morphine to one more milligrams. I'll try to calm her down and take vitals," Luke whispered to Ashton, who nodded and walked over to the iv pump.

Luke started to stroke Carly's hair in attempt to calm her down, and took her pulse with his other hand. And luckily she did calm done a bit more, making the doctors a bit more relieved.

But that didn't mean they were in the clear yet.

....
Still debating if I'll do a part two for this or not..

Is it possible for me to just give the biggest hug to Louis (Tomlinson) and let me know that everything is alright, and that he doesn't deserve any of what he is going through right now.
