I slumped against the bed tangling my fingers in my hair. I rocked back and forth trying the figure out how that happened in less than a minute.

"I need to get my shit together." I said laughing

I drug myself into the bed and curled up in a fetal position.

Kwon stood against the doorway looking over at me shaking his head.

I patted the bed and he walked over kicking off his shoes in different directions.

"My last real friend." I said looking over at him with a shy smile

Kwon POV
I watched as my bestfriend broke down right in front of me.

"Stop crying." I said wiping her face

She gave a small laugh then a full flow of tears left her eyes.

"It's so stressful." She said turning to face the pillow so I couldn't see the tears leaving her eyes

She always said that tears were a sign of weakness. I had watched her for years suffer through everything without shedding a tear. But now, she just broke down.

"Hey. Stop it." I said rolling her over so I could see her face

"Kwon. Stop." She said trying to turn away again

I pulled her into a hug position as we laid on our sides and let her cry into my shirt

After a while, I heard her lightly snore against my shirt. I tried to pull away but she made a whine noise so I stayed put.

I woke up as London pulled out of my grip.

The sun was beaming through the slit in the curtains.

"What time is it?" I asked sitting up

"11." London said stretching

"You not going to school?"

"Not till prom. It's just a couple days."

She looked at me and as if she was going to say something but she shook her head and left out.

London POV
I stayed under the shower head until the hot water became ice cold. I ran the ice cold water of my freshly curled hair until it was curly.

I threw on a black sweater and plain pajama shorts. I didn't feel too great. Not in health but in general.

"London cheer up. He's not worth it."

"I know. I just wanted it to be something it wasn't. It's just so hard to watch something die that you wanted for a while...ya know?" I said shyly smiling at what we could have been

Kwon stared at me and I looked away for a bit then looked back.

"Lo stop pretending."
